Just tried to order a pizza box they are advertising on tv. Person who answered phone is rude and then they said they do not have any.. I asked how can u not have any.. He replies we ran out.. this sucks .. my kids bday and we cant even get what we want. Then I ask ok what do u have.. he says.. ummm pizza wimmgs.. and laughs.. poor customer service .. sucks

Worst tasting pizza...how hard is it to get your order right? It never fails when you call your order in it is never right when it is delvered.then you have to call back and have them make a new pizza and wait. Im switching to Dominos..anything has to be better than terrible tasting food and less than adequate service.

This place sucks! They are so rude there especially the black girl who is the manager. I been in there 3 times asking for bread sticks, and she yells no! Go away from the back. One of the worst pizza huts out there. Please take action againist the manager.

The worst eperiance I ever had ordering pizza over the phone. Canceled order, they proceesed my card and no pizza (Tip included). That will be my last time ever ordering from pizza hut.

Food is good if you ever get to order. Dont call for an order to pick up. You will get placed on hold and forgotten. 20 minutes on hold is ridiculous. Call back the same thing.

Walked in and tried to order a pizza last Friday lunchtime - I couldnt give the man my phone number (Im a tourist), so he refused to place my order - not good enough Pizza Hut!
