This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I decided to go to the racetrack within the same vicinity and stopped here for lunch before we went. It started out badly after ordering our food, two customers after us received theirs before us. After what seemed like they had blatantly forgot us, we asked an employee what was going on. Where was our food? He was very apologetic and went to see what the problem was. Soon after he came back out to ask us what we had ordered, and he went to see what had happened. 5 min. later he came back out with everything we had ordered, including free blizzards and shakes on the house, as well as 4 free coupons for medium cherry limeades, for the long wait. As I was handing over the money to purchase the order, the manager comes out and insists that we didnt have to pay. In her words, "It was too long of a wait and we are very apologetic about this. Please, its on the house." Not only was the food amazingly hot and delicious, but now our entire order was free, including free large blizzards and shakes. This establishment TRULY know how to keep their customers happy and keep them coming back. There service was phenomenal, their employees upbeat and willing to help in any situation, and the food is delicious. It was a much better dining experience than any fine dining establishment Ive ever been to. TRUST ME. YOU MUST GO HERE!

I found out a Sonic opened near my work and wanted to give it a try. I checked out their menu online and decided that Chicken Bacon Ranch sounded good. I thought American cheese was a poor choice for this burger, but noticed that nothing on their menu includes any cheese other than American. OK, whatever. The line was long, but it was lunch time. I order the burger and am told they are out of wheat buns and would it be OK if they use white.No, not really, but what am I going to do, so I told her that would be fine. I get back to work and take a look at my burger. Nothing fits in the buns. these are the smallest buns Ive ever seen. They are litterally about 3 inches in diameter and smashed flatter than I thought possible. At first glance I though they had fogotten the buns. At second glance I though they used a pita or something. This thing was pathetic looking. There was a decent amount of chicken and the bacon is actually fried, but the single slice of tomato is tiny and theres hardly any lettuce. Dont waste your money. Go to Carls to get better ingredients for the same price, or better yet, spend an extra buck and get something good at Farmer Boys.

I went one day with my cousin thinking they must have great food since Ive heard so much about them. I ordered 2 burgers some onion rings fries and a hot dog. The burgers were cold and tasted like they had been microwaved or something they were horrible. The fries were cold and hardly edible. The onion rings were cooked in dirty old oil and you could tell because they were a dark color all soggy. The hot dog was the only thing that tasted okay. We ordered a nerds slushy and that was so delicious it was awesome. Overall I just couldnt see how they could even be open serving horrible cooked food the place had opened in the morning too so its not like they could get our order wrong due to being busy or something.Im dissapointed because I wanted them to taste so much better having the reputation they do. Only thing they are good for are the drinks like the slushies and shakes. Food is disgusting.

Sonic makes a cookie shake that is to die for so I figured, how can I go wrong taking the family out to eat here. You get the girls rolling around on skates right up to your car door just like in the old days right? My kids are going to love this I thought. Took my wife and kids tonight, Saturday at 7:00 pm. Lot was 25% full. Took 9 minutes to get our order in and 20 minutes to get it delivered to our car. Food was cold upon arrival. Server thought all the drinks were Ice Tea because they dont label them so he guessed. One combo came with "one" onion ring. One other order was completely wrong. The boxes of fries were only half full. 30 bucks could have gone a long way towards a fantastic meal any where else but here. Absolutely horrible service and terrible food. Now I know why my wife only goes there for the shakes. Never again.

They dont deserve any start the service here is horrible after placing my order I received my food 45 minutes and cold when I ask why I was told its because of my iced coffee and the process it takes to make it. Okay, thats for the iced coffee? Fine, so why is my food cold? My girlfriends regular coffee was cold, any excuse for that? They take back the coffee and bring it 10 minutes after. About an hour long to get my complete meal. This was my first time here and to top it off it wasnt busy!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Very didsapointed , I expected the whole Sonic experience just as they advertise , please dont waste your time or money here if youre a first timer. Before I forget, I asked to speak with the manager and of course, he never came around.... or maybe we didnt wait LONG ENOUGH.

First of all, for all the dumbasses saying the wait is long, look set how many cars are in the drive in, drive thru and how many people ordered eating outside. Of course it may take a bit longer than crappy McDonalds or booger king. I counted forty cars and yes i waited about fifteen minutes. Its not freakin mcdonalds were the food is ready and they dont have forty people waiting. People can just be retarded. Overall, the slushies and shakes are really really good. I was satisfied and impressed with the quality and taste of the food for being a fast food joint. It has a nice feel to the place. O just wish there were ladies in skirts bringing your food toyo you like the old days ;)

Went just to get 2 strawberry lemonades went trough the drive trough and waited in line about 15 min just to place my order and that was with two cars ahead oh me waited another 20 min and an employee walks up to me and tells me they have no more lemonade thats if sprite was ok I told them sure 10 min later he comes with my two strawberry sprites out to the drive trough and tells me sorry for the wait. I was really pist off for the wait but once I got home I realized they had charged me 12.56 for two drinks thats just fkn horrible service!!!!! Never again

This place is so good and Ill tell you why. I literally have an in n out down the street from where I live and right across from that is a Jack in the box and i will still choose to drive 20 mins to get some chili cheese tots and a slush. And the drink combinations like no other restaurant out there. Sure the wait can be long but a lot of variables go into that. Such as the time of day, day of the week, and how you order your meal I.e. drive thru or drive in. Although it may take a while, the food is usually always hot and fresh, so its worth the wait.
