Assistant manager tonight was very rude, did not greet me, made me feel as if she did not want to help me or be in the store. She did not offer any samples, messed up my order and when I tried to correct her she put the plate down and walked off. The young woman at the counter had to apologize for THE ASSISTANT MANAGERS behavior. This place needs to hire people with way better customer service skills especially for the managers who should be leading by example. The food was good but probably will not return due to the service.

The only reason I gave them a star was because I had to to write this pathetic review.their employees are rude.the food has gone way down hill as well as portions.I asked for number to complain and they gave me survey number.and one gal there I wont say her name but starts with an a and ends in an l.shes rude and has no guest service skills what so ever...deplorable..shameful....

The food was great but the service was bad the women attending us had bad expression the entire time my family and I (husban, son and I only) were the only clients and they seemed impationt the entire time. Over all ok experience they just need to work on the customer service.

Fake Customer service, while at the register I ask for a tray, I was told they were at the beginning of the line I had to go and get it my self..I was hungry and tire and the last thing I want to hear is I cannot help you.

I am always super happy with the food at this location. the only bad thing about it is the location itself.the parking is super hard to find and the lines are always long. I have started to only order online for pickup

Doesnt make sense that an à la carte box of orange chicken costs $9.80 while a plate of half chow mein half fried rice and two sides costs $~7. Food quality from this particular Panda Express is alright.

The food was great but the service was awful. One of the workers, tried to make me pay for his and his friends lunch! Plus, they put the price up when it was way too little food.
