I usually go to Del Taco during my break from work since it is close by, and today while going through the drive-thru once I was given my food and had left I noticed they had forgotten to give my back my debit card. I called back within 10 minutes of getting back to work, and they claimed that the card was not there. Even though I was able to cancel my card, it was a hastle to deal with while at work, and the managers didnt seem to care that it had been taken by one of their staff. Really disturbing to know that the managers could have cared less. Will not be returning again with this kind of service. Everyone make sure to check that the people at this Del Taco have given back your cards, because apparently you can not trust them.

Long lines after 12 am ... Came here for a midnight snack and we waited about 25mins to order ... Then when we get up to the window the Caucasian girl was working and taking our payment and there was an African American Girl who was standing there on her phone... Caught her multiple times on her phone thru the windows as we waited in line to order and I believe she was the one making the food.I just Wish she helped to make the line go faster. When I got home decided not to eat the food knowing that there was no gloves being used nor was their hair caps being used. Which is probably a violation.

This is the second time Ive been mislead by the "open 24hrs". Its not 24hrs everyday, so the hours of operation are wrong, or have changed since because this is the second time Ive come after 12am midnight and the place is closed. I even called ahead of time today to see if they were open 24 and the lady who answered said they would be open at the drive through after 2, but the diner would close. Drive all the way out here, and low and behold, the place is dark and vacant. Employees to need to learn what the hours are. 3 stars cause the food is still good.

Service is not very good. There is a drive thru order taker who has been calling everyone a "maam"( I listened to her take orders and it sure does sound like maam). I called her on it the third time I used the drive thru and she says she never said it. I am sure its a script but the order taker doesnt even check to see whos at the drive thru!! The manager was NO HELP and told me to go to McDonalds and closed the drive thru window on me while I was still talking. He even flashed gang like signs at me.

Honestly, they always have food cooked exactly how you would expect it from Del Taco, however, NO BATHROOMS stops them from having 4 stars, if fine dining gets 5. Restaurant is also in serious need of a makeover. Its a shame, because the food is actually good. Doing themselves a disservice by not being user friendly (the drive thru is also tight and difficult to navigate) and by having a dining room that is severely outdated...like straight from the 80s with no bathroom place lol

Both Pasadena Del Tacos are literally homeless meth head hangouts after dark.. be aware. Just went to both and neither of them even serve 24 hour breakfast "because their grill is dirty" and "because they havent made it yet". Does this place have a district manager? Maybe take a look at these crapzones, and see how horrible of an experience your employees provide!

Rating for drive through only. OK service and orders mostly prepared correctly, fixing the mistakes when immediately brought to their attention. Drive thru wait can be long depending on what orders are ahead of you. Configuration of drive through around building can be tight for larger vehicles so beware.

If you drive through here, make sure you check your order before you drive off... they almost always mess it up. Their service really horrible, and the food isnt as well put together as some of the other Del Tacos. Probably one of the worse Del Tacos Ive been to.

Best fries and cheese quesadillas! When Im strapped for cash I love to get their half pound bean and cheese burritos for a buck and the YUMMY strawberry lemonade with REAL STRAWBERRIES, also for a buck! Taco Bell is more expensive and they suck!

Didnt care for the carne asada or the rice. I miss the Macho Taco :-( The drive thru clerk apologized for the wait, and I didnt think I had been waiting long at all, which was a positive, that they considered my brief wait to be excessive.

Waited in drive-thru line for 35 minutes. Once we got home we realized although they got the fries right, all the other items in the bag didnt match our order. Really disappointed. Two stars only because the food seemed fresh.

Pathetic place! I asked for chicken, but was served beef. The lady taking orders did not even have the courtesy to say sorry, instead went on to serve other customers and asked me to wait! I dont think I will go there again.

I usually love Del Taco but when I went here over the weekend I got a stomach ache from what I think must have been not so fresh ingredients or perhaps undercooked chicken. Its hard to say but at best its an odd coincidence.

I bought like seven things and the food only costed two dollars! But the bathroom situation is a little weird, I had to go outside buto other than that I think you should go there! Hope you found this review helpful!

This place is terrible. They have 2 people working the entire store late night and it could take up to an hour and a half to get food. Nothing on their menu is worth waiting that long.

Its a regular Del Taco, one of the few fast food restaurants in Pasadena that arent across the street from PCC. A fave amongst late night post bar patrons and homeless folks.

Like a Taco Bell but better. Del Taco is not stingy with their ingredients so a beef crunchy taco is filled with a good amount of beef a ton of cheese and veggies.
