Horrible servicio. Ni siquiera me gusta comprar pasta. Yo la hago más buena. Es la primer vez ke voy. Y pésimo servicio. Fui por el cumple de mi hijo. Ordene un tiramisu para que le cantaran feliz cumpleaños. Y ni el tiramisu ni el canto nunca llego. Y todavía le dije a cajera. Le dije ke nunca me llevo el tiramisu y ni siquiera se disculpó. Y de todas maneras nunca me lo llevo. Experiencia horrible.

I love the Olive Garden. The food is excellent and so are the drinks. I used to love this Downey location but the service has really sliped into oblivion recently. They seems to be always packed with people waiting to be seated. Once youre seated, you notice that there are empty tables! If there are tables available, why are so many people waiting to be seated. The servers seemed like they have too may tables to wait on. It takes quite a bit of time to have any server acknowledge you. Oh, and get this, they DONT sing Happy Birthday anymore. I guess its a good thing because most of the servers half assed the performance anyway. GO to the Olive Garden in Whittier. The service is much nicer and the wait to be seated is MUCH, MUCH better.

Tuesday june 20 2017 We entered and nice staff, food was perfect but at the end when we left a family memeber realized he forgot his phone he went back to the reasturant the waiter then told him that he gave the phone to the manager the waiter then left to his car when the manager went up to my relative the manager said rudely asked my relative what is he doing in the front door he told the manager that the waiter gave him the phone the manager said she was never given a phone so they called the waiter and he then said he ASSUMED that the manger took the phone from the table and that she had it. No one had the phone they lost the phone worst expirence ever the manager was very rude about the whole situation.

A genuinely pleasant experience. This is a real feel Italian restaurant. Medium price range. Beware NO PIZZA! If you are looking for a pizza restaurant this is not it. 5 adult entrees with free salad or soup and 5 drinks with 4 desserts came to just over $110. Beware the table top games machine ....$1.99 before you know it. Pasta was well cooked. Great range of pasta too. The one downside for me is the range of food without cheese... Its Italian I understand, but everything except the pasta is made with cheese.... Grrrr. The doughnuts are amazing, but beware one portion is probably more than enough for 2 if not 3 people after the food - which is filling.

We waited 25 mins which wasnt bad at all. Granted that I am big so we needed a table rather than a booth. We got a booth &a of course I didnt fit so we asked for a table. The employee was on his radio speaking over stating that he needed a table for my cousin and I. We heard him say that he needed a table cause Im fat . Obviously it was towards me cause my cousin is fairly small. As embarrassed as I was, my cousin wanted to make a scene but we decided that we will just leave peacefully. At that very second I realized that this place will no longer get my business.

The booths are beyond gross the seat fabric is so dirty you can see its a flower pattern the wall are a off white plaster it was enough to make you lose you appetite. And on my grossed out experience I looked down at the carpet it has food pieces stuck on the sides an a pool of food stains. At night they keep the lights are deem out so you can not see and you can see only see this filthy in the day....DOWNEY NEEDS TO SHOT DOWN AND RESTAURANTS ORGANIZATION OLIVE GARDEN CLOSED THIS RESTAURANT DOWN ITS THE SHAME OFF ALL YOUR CHAINS DISGUSTING.

I hate to write a review when Im not pleased but.....the service was slow...food cold...:( The only reason I selected to go to the Olive Garden was because a friend had given my a $25.00 certificate. The young lady that waited on our table was nice but she forgot to bring us our drinks. We waited 15 min before we received our water. The appetizers came the same time as the entrees. Being that said we ate the appetizers and wrapped the entrees to go. I dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

THIS IS THE WORST OLIVE GARDEN EVER. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS OR ANY OTHER OLIVE GARDEN EVER IN MY LIFE!! THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS OLIVE GARDEN DEGRADE PEOPLE AND ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THE HOST MADE MY COUSIN CRY AND FEEL SO EMBARRASSED!! WE REQUESTED A TABLE WITH PULL OUT CHAIRS AND THE HOST CLEARLY AND LOUDLY SPOKE ON HIS RADIO AND REQUESTED ANOTHER TABLE FOR US BECAUSE MY COUSIN WAS TOO FAT!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN HIS BEHAVIOR! HE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!

Very upset. I tried placing an order to go for pick up at 9:28 and they told me they couldnt take my order because they stopped taking orders at 9:30. I called the Olive Garden in Cerritos and told them I could be there to pick it up in 10 minutes. I live in between both and the Cerritos location happily took my order without hesitation. Extremely unsatisfied. Never will return to this location again

Everytime we order online we always have to wait. Keep in mind we order ahead of time. My order was suppose to be ready at 12:20pm and its 12:50pm and Im still missing items. This is our lunch break and were waiting for an order we placed at 11:30am. I complain to the manager on site. She apologized but didnt reassured me that this wont happen again.

I went there for my birthday and got sick. They served my family and I spoiled Feticinie Alfredo sauce. The next day I started throwing up, had a hedache, a fever, and a upset stomach. I had to miss 2 days of school and I had to take ginger ale, sal de uvas, and gross medicine because the SCAUCE was spoiled I will never eat there AGAIN !!!

When you are super hungry and have to wait in line for an hour, then the service is super slow, no matter how good the food is (which its not, this place is over-rated in quality), you will be angry, empty and disappointed. Avoid this place!!! there are plenty of authentic Italian restaurants in the area, like Johnny Carinos Italian

Located in the heart of Downey, California, The Downey Pizza Company is a local hangout. Lots of televisions, a full bar, and lots of seating, locals will tell you this is the best pizza in town... and its true! I ordered the fried green beans with ranch dressing dip, a Caesars salad and the infamous pastrami pizza.

No waiting to be seated. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance in the restaurant. Right away a server took my order. Served right away. Generous portions. Had a great lunch. And I got a free birthday dessert ! $8.50 limit. Just presented an e-mail Olive Garden had sent me. All & all a very pleasant experience.
