Anyone who has had a bad experience listen up! We currently have a new General Manager and she has bet turning this store around. Come back and try us again i promise you. Also let us know about what mistakes had we will do our best to make you the customer happy. NOW FOR ANYONE WHO CALLS THIS STORE RACIST its not our the stores fault or the team members fault that we dont deliver there its the insurance that wont cover us out side our area.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Called three different locations and none of them delivered to the address where I am momentarily at. While residing here and living in the suburbs I had no problem in the past with delivery, but while stationed in a predominantly black neighborhood they refuse to deliver with the nearest location situated only 1.9 miles away! As for delivery pizza goes for a chain pizza place. Prices good and food great. Loaded with toppings and personally never had a problem with delivery time or any of that. Pizza is always delivered hot or still steaming. Recommend for wauwatosa area. Obviously they will only deliver so far so make sure you choose the closest Toppers.

Worst customer service, even by Toppers standards. Took them a solid 3 minutes to answer the phone, and when I showed up after 15 minutes, it took another 25 minutes to get my pizza. Turns out one of the delivery drivers took my order. After they discovered this I got a "sorry brah" and a few coupons.

Wish i could give it zero stars, waited almost 2 hours for my order that was completely wrong. Tried to get my money back but the manager put me on hold for over 10 mins with no response. I hung up and will be going to my bank tomorrow. I do not recommend!

I wish i could give it zero stars. Order a pizza online. Wait 40 minutes after expected delivery time. Call them to have them say we cant deliver a order over 50 dollars. Could have told me that earlier.

Many times Ive tried to order the phone would ring for over 3-5 minutes, pizza takes way longer to deliver than the time given, last time we ordered everyone got sick, very poor sanitation.

Toppers is our favorite chain pizza. Lots of cheese, interesting topping options. Delivery can take a while at this location so we opt to pick up typically.
