This is by far the most poorly managed Chipotle that Ive ever been to. For starters there is always a line out the door. Well that could just be because theyre busy right? Nope. Its because they are slow as hell. When there is a line out the door and somebody is bagging chips when there is a shelf full of them already, thats bad management. Get on the line and get the customers out the door. Also, I have ordered online twice and both times they did not start making my order until after I arrived and asked for it. Thats never happened at any of the other locations. If youve been to other Chipotles youve probably noticed how friendly all of the employees are. Almost as if they are all trained to be that way. Well the Joliet location must skip that part when training them. They all have that "Why are you here? Youre bothering me" attitude about them. I live near this location so I hope at some point they get it together. I really miss the Orland location...

My wife and I stopped at this location for a quick easy meal to take home and enjoy. The store was busy, however that is no excuse for the rude service we experienced. All associates seemed put off when I asked for extra fajita mix. My wifes black beans were undercooked and crunchy. I also asked for extra meat. The person helping us added 1/4 spoonful with a glaring look at me. When I explained that extra should constitute another whole spoonful she then proceeded to argue with me reluctant to add what was right, despite the fact that they charged me an extra $2.50. I will never be going to this location again and may possibly seek an alternative no matter where I am.

Like the previous reviewer, I found Chipotle over priced for what you get. I ordered the Carnitas Burrito and found it "adequate" but over priced when I added guacamole (an additional $1.80 for a smear, which brought the price for an "adequate" burrito to $8.45. My suggestion, go to one of the many local Mexican fast food restaurants, owned by the people that made the food famous and get a reasonably priced burrito or taco, greater in girth for what you get and priced right. Dont patron a chain restaurant like this that over charges and is probably not ethnic owned.

What a great staff fast and friendly makes you feel welcomed my fiance had weight loss surgery and they where very understanding let her order off kids menu with no problem i appreciate that being she has not eaten solid food since the surgery she loved it was able to hold it down. What a great experience will definitely be visiting this location every few days for lunch

Chipotle has the best food ever!!! This local one in particular takes the time and the effort to make sure that I have the best experience with healthy Mexican food. They let me get extra stuff occassionally, and the food is so good. The people who make the food are so nice and make my food to perfection. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants healthy Mexican food.

I am a huge Chipotle eater, and used to the city where the stores are busy and unfriendly and treat you like youre "number-like", but these guys are fast and super friendly. I always enjoy going here more than any other store and the small talk and personalities of the workers. They also do a good job on keeping tables (AND BATHROOMS!) clean.

Would not recommend eating at a Chipotle. I had steak tacos and the steak was horrible and gave me an upset stomach for the rest of the day. Dont waste your time at Chipotle.
