I would give this place zero stars if I could. Our waitress, Kelly, had no interest in serving us. No refills on beverages, over 45 minute wait, food was cold when it got to the table. Complained about cold food and they brought one order of fries to the table. Waitress said she would talk to the Manager to see if anything could be done then brought the check and laid it face down on table - no discount, no explanation! No one said goodbye - thanks for coming in, etc when we left to catch our Uber because the person who drove us had to leave to get back to work since we waited so long for our food! 3 people out of the 5 said they had sworn this place off before for many of the same issues and had forgotten how bad it was!

I put in an online order for a large order of wings and a tenders kids meal an hour before I went to pick it up (which is more than I normally give). Get there right on time and they say its not ready yet. 5 more people come in for their pick ups and all get theirs before me. I waited 20 minutes past my pick up time, being told its "almost ready" 4 times, to get my food. Its a good thing I checked the bag because it was missing my soda and the kids meal had no sauce on it, even though I ordered spicy garlic. I ended up just taking the side cup of sauce they offered instead of sending it back to the kitchen to get the tenders tossed in the sauce like they should have been the first time. Terribly disappointed.

The food I received was, at best, room temperature. I ordered a nacho burger that had no flavor. The fries that came with them were about room temp and overly salty. As for my drink, I had to ask for a refill after she had stood there staring at my empty glass at least three times. The décor was so dark, it was like eating in a cave. But since I had the food, I can see why it was that dark. Crap food has to be hidden some how. The volume on the tvs were so loud I got a head ach. The staff didnt smile and seemed to be irritated that we showed up to eat. If you ask me, Buffalo Wild Wings should shut its doors for good because they cant do anything right.

This has been by far the very worst experience Ive had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered a chicken wrap, I got a chicken sandwich. The breading was basically mush. I wasnt happy with the wrong order but I tried to eat it and then I discover it was not cooked properly. My fries were cold as ice and tasted like they were sitting in water, they were extremely soggy. Ive been here many times. But when I called to talk to the manager she basically said it wasnt their problem.

Was seated very quickly even though it was busy, ordered and waited over an hour for our food to be delivered. All of our food was cold except for one persons sandwich and fries. In the hour wait our waitress stopped by one time to fill our drinks up. Not once did a manager stop by and talk to us about it. Yes it was busy, but it should not take over an hour for wings and two sandwiches. We will not be visiting this location again

We got here asked for a booth. They put us close to the door where we felt all the cold air coming in from. Food got cold immediately. The manager let us move to a new seat and allowed us to have new fresh food. We waited at least 40 mins for the food and once we got it my wings were extremely dry. I hate to be a complainer but overall our expierence was horrible here. The waitress was however friendly.

Not happy,very disappointed will not be back. Waited 50 some minutes for food and when we got it it was lukewarm. Talked to manager and he made excuses, thought he was right and justified to make a party of 7 wait that long, and didnt even offer a discount or coupons to make a bad situation a little better. Shame on you manager, I have been in your position and you dont treat your customers that way.

Best Mozzarella sticks in town... actually best Ive ever had anywhere... the boneless wings are good, I like the garilic parmesan they also have a spicey garlic which is good but HOT, sometimes service can be slow here and some waitresses think its ok to give attitude but just throat punch them--KIDDING. Just remember youre there for the food and if you get bad service you can always complain.

Been there multiple times and sat at the bar. The service at the bar is poor. Never have enough staff working in the bar serving customers. You have to wait over ten minutes to order food or drinks. Even if there is people working the bar and they just walk a way and do other tasks and customers just sit there waiting. Staff not that friendly. I differently dont recommend.

The hostess looked confused and we waited to get acknowledged for 5 minutes. Our server was a nervous and soft spoken teenage boy but he was on top of things and good at his job. The food actually impressed us. Wonderful sauces and dry blends! The atmosphere can be overwhelming, dont go for a quiet dinner. In fact just get your food to go and enjoy it at home!

The service has been poor on all 5 of my visits to this BW3s. Usually, the service at BW3s in general is good. The servers barely come by to refill beers and the food in evitably cold and never has not enough sauce on it. Step it up BW3s! They do have quite a few TVs, which is nice, except they are all usually showing only two different games.

Good beer and wraps. Excellent wings. (Try the blazin sauce if you can handle a bunch of dwarves trying to take back their gold as you breathe fire on them). The desert nachos with cheescake fried bites is sinfully good. Bit of a pocket pinch. Service a tad on the slower side but personally found it friendly. Will definitely go again!

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I waited over 40 minutes for my takeout order. And the staff stand at the front desk on their cell phones and sit on the takeout order bench texting. I ordered my wings wet and they literally filled the to go box with sauce. Very poorly managed location.

I went in for a pick up. Before, they would forget the condiments such as celery, dressing and carrots. This time they had it all packed, ready to go, and even asked if I needed napkins, moist wipes and plastic silverware. It was quick, easy, and effortless. Thanks for the awesome service!

They upped their game. Wings are bigger than they used to be and not as dry. My favorite has always been the chicken wrap. Dressing comes on the side and I like the fact you can get it with chips & salsa instead of fries. Waiter was pleasant. Would go again. Little pricey on the beer.
