If I could give it a zero I would. We went there with 5 of my sisters children. When the Chinese lady asked how old they were she said 7, 9, and 11. Then my sister proceeded to tell the Chinese lady that her other two children were 14 and 16 but before she could even say her other childs age the rude Chinese lady said, "it doesnt matter how old they are, theyre paying for adult price." Which they were going to pay for adult price anyways because my sister was attempting to tell them her children were 14 and 16 (children price is 11 and under). Anyways, the waitress only gave half of us straws. When my sister did ask for a straw the waitress pretended that she didnt hear my sister. My sister had to yell it out. After asking for a straw 7 times, the waitress had no clue what a straw was. My sister even grabbed her childs straw and showed it to her. The waitress still "didnt know." Then my sister pointed to the waitress straws on her apron. If youre gonna act dumb, be smart about it. They even had the guts to charge us gratuity. When we left, there was a couple who left after us who said, "I was gonna tip but she rude." Theres more but Ill stop at this.

I love this place! Quite and very affordable. For the price it is definitely worth it. I have been in other Chinese and Indian buffets in down town Milwaukee. This one had the most diverse foods. Lots of cookies, and deserts. You can even pick raw beef, shrimp and chiken and they will bbq it for you with different sauces. Although their English was somewhat hard to understand, but they were fine getting customers things done. Its $7.5 for lunch and $11.5 for dinner. Their dinner gets lots of new things, mainly seafood and beef as well. And of course, they dont impose "the 20% gratitude fee" or "service fee" separately. It is up to you how much you wanna pay for tip. And finally, I am puzzled how they can keep this business with this number of foods and only charging a little compared to what you get. I didnt feel like the quality of foods were poor or anything. Yes, chicken is the main part of most of their foods, but how about so many deserts, fruits, ice cream and so on and so forth. Anyhow, it was a good experience.

I wouldnt go that far, as fresh or not, but the food actually is either over cooked or has been frozen or what not. I set today and tried all their food, and when I finished like a gentleman I ordered tea with milk, check what I got a milk with tea. Any ways I am seriously fool to my neck. The salad is good the fish is over cooked, the beef is chewy. Today I got the rudest attendant. Crabs where over cooked, fresh its not so fresh. The guy who cooked the steak, didnt even bother to ask how I wanted my steak. I liked their banana dressing sous, the dessert was the only sweet thing to finish the meal with.

Definitely one of the best values for a lunch in Milwaukee area! Their All-You-Can-Eat lunch buffet is certainly one of the best that Ive seen, and reasonably priced, plus senior discount. Place has been around for a while, and probably has not been upgraded even before it was purchased by current owners. Therefore, it is not the place to go on a first date when you are trying to impress that special someone, but thats OK by me; I go there about once a month for the excellent food and a great value, so Id rather not pay for frequent remodeling jobs. I go here once in awhile. This place was great when it first opened. Food tasted fresh and it was spotless, but unfortunately things have gone south for this buffet restaurant over the years. Cleanliness seems to be least of their priority. Sushi is dry, majority of their entries are not that good so youre left with fewer options. Crab legs are almost non existence when its busy. Service is good, never had an issue. Lots of seating. Food would be rated as fair.

I love Buffet City! Yeah you will have a few average visits to the place, but no restaurant can give customers the absolute best experience every time. More times than not I have an excellent time. What makes this place different from others is the amount of space, quality of food and how clean their restaurant is. There are plenty of shady Chinese buffets out there and this is not one of them. I high recommend this restaurant to me friends.

The amount of different items on their Buffet is Fantastic. Anything from Salads, to Roasted Pork fall off of the bone tender, to Desserts, to having your own Chef to make something just for you, and everythings included in the Buffet price. Not a 5 Star, because you need to buy your own drinks. From Free Water, to Soda, Milk, Cranberry Juice, and more. No Alcoholic beverages, is one part of this Restaurant that I like.

the food is damn good... when its fresh! was outstanding when they first open but like most businesses this has slipped a little with time. also not fond of how the owners treat and talk to ppl kinda rude but the waitresses are pretty pleasant. ill give them a 4/5 on the food variety and taste but a 3/5 on customer service be nicer ppl!!

This has to be the best buffet around Milwaukee I take my family here all the time the prices are very reasonable the service is very helpful and friendly they always help me out with my kids and theyre a handful so if youre looking for a place with authentic Chinese food you will find it right here thanks everyone

I work in the area, and there are fewer and fewer choices of places to eat around Northridge. Sad but true, many are closing. I hope this place can hold on, because they do a great job, especially at lunch. Huge selection and everything is hot. People that run the place are very nice as well.

I went there yesterday with my family. The service was ok but there floors were slippery. My nephew slipped twice coming in and going out. There food seemed to have been out for a while and was dry. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. It will be my LAST time there!!!

When your only meal of the day after a long day of work is this take out and when your already in pajamas and start eating and its not what you spent $8.25 on, and they tell you their sorry and for you to take it back! your a little pissed off and you go to bed hungry!

Best buffet in the city, price to food ratio cant be matched. Im never disappointed because the selection is huge. Staff are friendly. They are one of the only businesses still left in the area and I hope they continue their success! Ill be very sad if they ever close

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY! PRICE IS TOOOOOOOOO HIGH! I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY! THE STAFF ARE REALLY RUDE BECAUSE ASKS FOR TIPS. THEY HAVE KIDS RUNNING AROUND AND SCREAMING, ONE DAY THEY CAN TRIP SOMEONE.

A lone corner in a dying strip mall, sad. Rice and noodles were done well. Meat didnt taste that good - probably overcooked or over warmed. The service was attentive and actually was what earned this place a few points.
