This place was a 5 star in my book. It is a a a very good place to eat. I lowered the rating to a 3 because I usually get a lemonade with extra ice to drink. On 2 separate occasions, halfway through my drink, I would notice something in my mouth that did not feel like the pulp from the lemon. I got it out my mouth and to my surprise, it was a piece of plastic from the bags that they open to get the cups out of. It happened again, THE NEXT DAY. I ordered from them again the day after that and I told what appeared to be a manager about it, she identified the bag that it was and only said "Im sorry about that" and went on to get the rest of my food and told me to have a nice day after giving me my bag. She did not offer to make it right by any means. Not that I was looking for something free, but she should have offered. What I would have told her was its not necessary to give a free product, just make sure that the cups are free of plastics and inform the employees to make sure before pouring ice cups are free of hazardous materials. So its a 3 when they could have gotten a 5.

Tonight was my first experience at a CFA. Ive always heard from friends how great it was and it truly lived up to the experience. My family was so pleased by the owners positive attitude as we overheard him coaching new employees. Such great service and quality, CFA should be proud. All restaurants would be wise to observe whats happening at this location. Wonderful experience and I say "THANK YOU!"

Drove from Sun Prairie only to find we were missing food when we got home. We were the only car in the drive thru, we drove all the way back to see a fully staffed kitchen and the owner herself tried refusing a refund for their own screw up. After arguing we got our refund. Good riddance, we will never order from here again. The owner obviously has no idea what shes doing.

Wow what a unique experience with very family friendly staff refilling your drinks stopping to chat, and ambient atmosphere. More than an upscale fast food as have delicious freshly squeezed lemonade, coffee varieties and WARM homemade cookies. AND child play land complete with a car and helicopter. Delicious, unique, fresh food

A newly opened restaurant with brand new employees. They were all in training while trying to serve customers. We were leaving when the OWNER came out and begged us to come back , which we did. He bought our meal and gave us each a card for a free sandwich! THAT is customer service! A+

One of the best fast food restaurant around, the chicken sandwich is excellent and the service is very good. Also, like their waffles fries and sweet tea. I would recommend trying the chick-fil-a sauce as well. Definitely be a regular at this location when visiting family.

My family and I make a 45 minute trip just to eat here. Food is delicious and staff is always friendly. Their indoor playground is clean and well maintained. Order food at the counter, find a seat, and the staff brings the food to your table. Makes it so easy and enjoyable!

Not what I expected for a Fried Chicken place. I want unprocessed chicken with skin and bones, not TRENDY boneless skinless tasteless strips that taste like pencil erasers. Service was quick, friendly, and convenient. Pricey for what it is.

I love Chik-fil-A! This specific location sits right in the middle of a grubby area, but dont let that scare you off. The building is new (2017), clean and the entire staff is friendly.
