I dont think theyve ever gotten one thing right when weve been here. My husband likes extra crispy not once have we come home with extra crispy. The sizes of the chicken are extremely small. And I dont call a wing a real piece of meat. Especially when half of the bucket was wings. And they no longer have baked beans so dont ask

I had a really nice experience here, the girl at the window was very pleasant and she told me it was going to be a few mins so they gave me a good discount and a few extras. Awesome customer service!

For being a big name company you would think it be better. Only had good food there one time out of 50. Once i found another chicken place in dixon i have not been back since. BBY chicken is wonder

Tonight everything I ordered was undercooked, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the gravy luke warm. Even the bowl I ordered was loaded with cold food.
