Horrible customer service who answers the phone like "PINMOOR" with nothing else said ? Lol what a joke would neve try a place with a person working there with such DISGUSTING attitude. Also when I asked for specials she told me "the specials is trying our pizza" AGAIN who says that. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Ill be letting all my co workers family and friends know. So thanks register lady

Having lived in Chicago most of my life I have been disappointed at what passed for pizza in Crystal Lake...until I found Pinemoor. There is none better. wonderful crust, real toppings and a sauce thats just right. If your considering Pizza Hut, Dominos or Nicks over Pinemoor, save your money and buy frozen.

We decided to try this place after seeing the reviews. What are people thinking rating this 4 stars or more?? Meh... cheap cheese, cheap ingredients in a lousy ugly location thats hard to find. Nothing special about this pizza at all! Why is this place still open?

Great pizza!!! Tell them welldone and its perfect! Sometimes they get busy and the pizza takes longer to cook, but its worth the wait. They have a small oven and can only cook so many pies at once. Hands down better than Rosatis or Nicks.
