Every time I come here, albeit is usually in the last two hours of service, Ive been there WAY longer than I should have been or wanted to be. And honestly, the time in which we arrive at the store front should NOT reflect the quality of service. Thats no excuse for their poor time management and the fact they literally have only 2 staff members doesnt help. This ALWAYS has been a thing at this location. I honestly hate coming here because it takes way too long to get your food. My boyfriend called in an order, they said 15 minutes, we get there in time, still had to wait almost 30 EXTRA minutes. Insanely unacceptable in my opinion and I would never stand to let anyone run my store this way. Like, what are you doing management? I also work in this industry personally, and I could run this store 100% better.

We go here a lot, but this last time we ordered online selected our pick up time and waited an additional 10 mins once we got there just to be talked to by the cashier who was carrying on a inappropriate conversation with another worker, then waited another 20 mins to get our order we pre-ordered an hour prior to picking it up. Once we got our order it was all wrong and already frustered asked for the manager and a refund and we were refused and given a lot of attitude by the manager and workers!

The people running this place when I went and looked like a bunch of college or high school students most likely they were very unprofessional they were rude they put too much salt seasoning on my lemon pepper wings and I order my food over the phone for pickup at 6 oclock but it appears that my food had been sitting since 5 oclock when I got there and then they wanted to tell me well its still warm. No! I dont want it warm I want it hot!

Ive been here twice in the past two weeks and I already prefer this location to the one on Vets in Metairie. Quality is consistent and the service is friendly. Best part is their fries are super crispy and generously seasoned.

Best wing spot on the west bank. Wished they had one closer to Algiers point but fries are delicious, and the wings are Phenomenal!! They rolls are so buttery and tasty. Makes me come back for more. Highly recommended!!

Went with 5 others. Only half of us got served and all orders were wrong. Nearly broke my neck due to the slimy and dangerous floor conditions. Will never be going back.
