Our daughter chose Bravo for her birthday meal. Upon entering, they assured us that they would do something special for her on her special day. The restaurant was about 75% full, and there was no wait time, so we were seated right away. Over the course of our meal, our waitress was somewhat attentive, and the food was ok, but the main reason that my daughter chose Bravo was the tiny dough that kids are allowed to play with (and eventually make into a pizza). After several reminders, the waitress never remembered to bring the kids cooked pizzas out (until the final reminder, when we were getting ready to leave). And, nothing special was ever done for my daughters birthday. We will choose elsewhere next time...maybe Maggianos (which has historically been a better experience for us).

This was the third time I have been to this location, each time I hope it gets better and it continually disappoints. First time our soup came out cold. second time our food was cold and that last time was the worst with the service. Our server seemed to be new, but not sure, as we ordered our drinks and she did not know what they were so she asked again and wrote it down. food was ok, nothing special, but we finished eating our main course after bread and apps, and as we finished she walked over and said she will bring out drinks right out... I kind of wanted my drinks maybe before the meal? or during? I dont know each time I go here it gets worse, I am not blaming the servers anymore this is a result of poor management...

EXCELLENT ... Susan was our server and she did a fabulous job! She knows the menu and had wonderful suggestions and she did not let us down. The food was fantastic and it so has become one of my favorite restaurants!!! We had sole and filet...both melted in the mouth. Hats off to the Chef. The tuscan potatoes, the fresher than fresh veggies were delicious. We actually were able to meet the Chef and tell him how great he is and how fantastic his food was. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and feel good about it. It was an experience we will be repeating soon. Oh yes, their dessert was also wonderful (bread pudding, fresh fruit). WOW I give them a TEN PLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ate at this restaurant hoping to try something new. The food was okay but definitely overpriced. The waitress we had was terrible. I felt ignored the whole time. We had to keep asking other waitstaff to bring us items. We had to ask the guy who brings out the food for some bread everyone else received at the beginning of their meal, we asked the waitress a few tables over for a box, and another young man had to bring us drink refills. I almost just walked out when it took an additional 15 minutes to receive our bill after we got our box. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know and I wont be dining here again.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary last night, but were sorely disappointed. The hostess that seated us was not very pleasant and we obviously interrupted her very important life. The food was amount was skimpy, served tepid and mildly to moderately tasteful. The waiter was very professional and helpful, but thats about all I can say for the place. They werent terribly busy on a Wed night, and I expected a lot better for the $70. We wont be going back, because we feel we were cheated on quality and price.

Food was good. The waiter was horrible! He slammed down bread plates, water, and a plate of raw dough without a word then walked away. No great info kindness. Came back a couple more times and hovered. We had to prompt him that its our first time and asked what we were to do with the raw dough. It was to keep the kid entertained. The vibe was very unwelcoming. I dont think we will be eating here again. Which is a shame since the meal was really good. Everything, but the hard focciaca bread sticks and the desserts.

We hosted a grand birthday at the restaurant. It was five star all of the way! I called to make reservations and asked how I could personalize the birthday experience. I was told that we could bring in flowers, décor and a bakery cake. I did all three. The table was amazing and we had first class staff at our every call. The manager came and cut and serve the cake. I was so impressed. Will be doing this again for someone special.

I read several of the reviews and dont know why people had a bad experience. I have come here twice and both times, the service has been good and the food is very good. I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. Compared to cheesecake factory this is so much better. It is also priced accordingly. My three course meal was about $30 but it was expected for special occasion.

Overall, Bravo is a very average restaurant. The food was average and unimpressive - we also found it to be very pricey for the quantity and quality. Service is also average, our waitress was focused on the larger tables and forgot about my wife and I numerous times. Well go to Il Mito or Maggianos next time were craving Italian food before we go back to Bravo.

The service was great even when all tables were full. When I got the wrong meal from the server, the mistake was corrected within a couple minutes and was compensated from the bill. This and a few other positive marks show that they care about how their performance is to the customer. Great job, great food.

Great food and service. If your going to ding a restraunt for wait times then try them on off times and average that experience with the prime time one, just to be fair. We went on Sunday 11:30 and it was great, have also gone when busy. Note good places have long wait times,

we did the call ahead seating & were told wed get a table in 5 mins & we ended up waiting an extra 45 mins longer. they did let us pick an appetizer & i hadnt even complained yet. but the food was good - just overpriced & waiting forever really put a damper on the whole thing.

When they closed the Glendale restaurant I was devastated and so drove to Brookfield to go to my favourite restaurant. Had the cheese ravioli together with a chopped salad. Both, per usual, were delicious. Had. tarimisu for dessert. Plan to go back on a regular basis.

One of my favorite places to eat at. Customer service is always great, and they are quick to make things right when things happen. Food is always good and I love the bread and oil. Plus you have to try the ultimate cosmo

Amazing food. The shrimp scampi exploded with freshness. The Caprese salad was perfect. Eggplant Parmesean was almost lethally good. And the Mango Ice Tea is nothing short of The Nectar Of The Gods.

Make sure to try the lobster bisque! Best soup around. Excellent wait staff. Delivious Salmon as well. Try not to fill up on the bread as the entrees are huge portions that will never leave you hungry.

Loved the delicious food and drink. I had a Peach Bellini, lobster bisque, and lobser ravioli alla vodka. Wish I had room for desert. Very expensive but soooo good your taste buds will thank you.
