We arrived at 5:40 and were greeted by a pleasant waitress who took our drink order and then shortly after our food order. We were brought bread and our soup or salad, and drinks. Then we proceeded to wait an hour with no food. When asking when we could expect our food they told us another 20 minutes or so, we then said we had another event to be at for 7pm. We were informed that our food wouldnt be ready in enough time to get us there (5mins away). We then asked for our food to be boxed then so we could take it and be to our next obligation as quickly as possible and asked to speak to a manager. A woman, who I believe was the owner, came over and told us she couldnt do anything to discount our cost, that we should have told the waitress that we had to be out by a certain time. Because the 1.5 hours we had planned wasnt long enough for a dinner apparently. The food was made to order (what nicer venue doesnt make to order?). She put the blame on us as the customer, and did nothing to better our experience or make up for the inconvenience. She told us that she would comp our drinks the next time we came in. What about the ones we had already had? Because you think we will be back? 6 women who get together once a year in such a way...you think we want to waste our time to come back for "a free round of drinks"? She had the opportunity to keep us as customers and she chose not to. We will not be back to your restaurant for your subpar made to order Italian cuisine or "free round of drinks".

Great atmosphere with wonderful service. We have had several family parties in the private dining area over the years and services are always on point. Donna was the server who handled our last diner party and she is excellent. She always made sure we had what was needed from appetizers to drinks to making sure everyones food was cooked the way they ordered. (My family tends to have special requests) You will also find the owner Rosie in the dinning room greeting guests.

Advertised a discount gift cards on the web site but when I went down to purchase they said that was only available during December. They should remove the ad from the web site. Never actually ate there but my wife wanted something for a friend who loves this place. They did not seem empathetic that I drove there just to get the discounted gift card and made me feel like it was my fault that the discount on the web site was not available.

Had dinner with friends the other night and overall thought it was okay. I was disappointed with our server as she seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was okay, and I thought the wine was over-priced relative to the quality. I may go again, but would rather drive the extra few miles for Francescas.

I have been going to Tazza for a long time now. I have never had a meal that I didnt love. The oil for your bread is delicious. Our server was very polite and checked on us often. Everytime we go the owner (Rose) always makes sure to say hi and checks on our meal and etc. Will keep going there again and again.

Bread was warm and delicious. Very cozy place to come around the winter holidays. The waitress was very friendly and the food was beyond delicious. They give you so much food I took a full plate that made for just as good leftovers the next day. Would definitely go back again after my first experience.

Wonderful menu, friendly staff. Tuesday night is networking night. Bring your business cards and meet local entrepreneurs. Landscaping to Financial Advisor to Real Estate. Its a great group that meets every Tuesday 7:00-9:00PM. Pizza is very good! Many delicious Italian dishes!

Pretty disappointed. Food was average. We expected a homemade quality dinner. We had over cooked fish, bland soup and salad that needed flavor. Pasta dishes were good but not good enough to return. Hope it improves. Need small non chain restaurants to be successful.

Took the family out for my wifes birthday dinner took over an hour and 10 minutes to get served everybody that came in after us was already done eating.... When we got our food .The bread was excellent
