I cant believe Im posting a review for a fast food place, but man, today I got some of the worst customer service of my life here. I have worked customer service jobs for over 5 years now and couldnt believe that the people there were getting paid. We ordered through the drive though, and the lady taking our order was clearly hated her job. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating and not always enjoyable, but at least have some sort of enthusiasm and get rid of the grouchy tone in your voice. I felt as though she was almost bothered that we were actually making her "work". After we received our order nearly 15-20 minutes later, we realized they forgot part of our order and forgot straws for our drinks, so we headed back inside. As we were walking to the inside of the building, the lady that was in the car ahead of us in the drive-thru line stopped and told me she couldnt believe the service she got, and that it took they nearly 30 minutes to get her food, so I clearly wasnt the only one thinking this type of service was irrational. When I got inside, there were maybe 4-5 workers inside(that were mainly all just standing around) and maybe 5 customers in the restaurant total-so not busy at all. We grabbed our straws and waited to be helped (there was only a dad and his daughter before us in line being served) so we could get our forgotten Chicken Little sandwich. These workers were so inefficient that it took 5 minutes for them to just ask if we needed something. The worker who was at the counter told the drive-thru lady who took our order and handed us our food that she had forgotten to pack part of our order, and drive-thru lady didnt even care nor seem to take responsibility for the fact that she had messed up. We finally got our Chicken Little sandwich after probably 10 minutes inside total. The only thing I can say positively about this experience was that the food wasnt wrecked(surprisingly) and that the lady at the counter smiled and told us to have a nice day when she handed us the sandwich.

Possibly the worst meal I have ever gotten from a KFC in my life. I ordered a three piece tender fill up box with wedges. The wedges had obviously been sitting for quite a while as they were soggy they were stale and they were cold. I was only able to eat two of the three chicken tenders because the third one was nothing but a piece of naked white chicken with not a single drop of breading. The other two had big chunks of breading missing all over them and were barely crunchy and only warm not hot. Perhaps I would have been able to improve the taste of those two I was able to eat if you had given more than one packet of sauce without charging for a second one. The biscuit, while warm, was so dry that you almost choked on it eating it and perhaps if you bothered to give out butter to go with it, it might improve the flavor and make it edible but Im sure you would have charged extra for the butter too. The only reason that you even got it too on your review instead of A1 its because the cookie was good. In fact it was the only good thing about the meal. There is no excuse for this kind of quality especially during the middle of the lunch hour. I can see why your parking lot is empty if this is the kind of quality of food that you are giving to your customers.

Horrendous. Time and time again they have an excuse as to why theres no grilled chicken. It has been multiple months since it broke (along with the drive thru system), and they havent fixed anything. The staff have better things to do than deal with customers, all customers are just in their way. If your order might possibly be wrong (and you ask for the correct items), its like youre insulting them personally. I ordered a side of potato wedges in the drive thru. When they didnt give them to me (they forgot, which I understand can happen), I went inside to ask for the missing wedges; with receipt in hand. The staff insisted that I was trying to steal from them, and I had to bring my entire order inside to show them that the wedges were missing. After much debate, and being called a thief and a criminal, it was resolved that the wedges were in fact forgotten. This place is bad, really bad. If you want to be treated like a human being, go somewhere else.

I eat at this restaurant maybe twice a year. The last time I ate inside it was empty, dirty, and the associates were talking so loud that me and my daughter could hear everything they were saying. There language was not appropriate language for customers to hear. This was a year ago. Just yesterday I ordered food through the drivethru and three hours later my daughter was sick and throwing up. She threw up four times through the night and I am sure that it is from eating at their restaurant. She was perfectly fine before eating there. My daughter and I ate from the same bucket but she ate mac n cheese and I did not. I am sure that someone handled raw chicken and then other food that caused my daughter to get sick. I will never return and I recommend that you do not eat there either. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that serve good chicken without the added food poisoning. Ponderosa will have my business for now on when I crave chicken.

Would give a zero rating. My wife waited in the drive through for 35 minutes; only to get home and realize both of the sides were wrong. I drove back to the restaurant and waited inside at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowldged by staff. The woman working there threw out the sides I had received only to return to the counter and inform me that the sides we had ordered werent available and Id have to wait for them to be put in and come out of the oven. I guess I should add the inside was disgusting. This place should be shut down.

Slow. Buffet food was horrible. Broken tables. Unclean. Staff were either apathetic or too lazy to care that everything on the buffet was either nasty looking or old. "Would you eat that" and the staff said "Ill have to check with the manager". Meaning the rotten vegetables were terrible and she just left them out for us to eat. All the eat in orders and to go orders were slow. The only thing moving was the drive thru. So theres that.

The drive up window is broken indefinitely. The staff is as slow as molasses in January and couldnt multitask if their life depended on it. The only saving grace is that when you finally get your order in and then filled at least it is fresh and hot... That said, Ive watched the staff take an order.. walk back and fill it at a snails pace while the line grows exponentially... They need decent management to direct the morons they are hiring.

Food was good but the service was not even close to good. It was a very hot day and when we walked in the heat in the place was like a sauna and when I asked the woman I spoke with that was in a big hurry to leave for the day said its always like that in the dining room. Our orders were not correct I dont think the person taking our order even listened to a word I said when ordering... Like I said, in a hurry to go home.
