When I can get it, I actually enjoy KFCs grilled chicken. Its difficult to find reasonably healthy fast food, and the grilled chicken is a great, low-cal meal option. Beyond that, this place is right by my house--if they got their %##$~! together, Id be a regular. Unfortunately, this particular KFC seems to have serious difficulties with really simple things, like--oh, I dont know, actually HAVING grilled chicken. See, I just think: if chicken is right in your name, and if grilled chicken (as opposed to original or extra crispy) comprises a third of your advertised entree options, you should probably have it available more often than not. McDonalds never seems to be out of Big Macs, you know? But currently this KFC is averaging a 75% "Sorry, were all out of grilled today" rate with me. Not just at the end of the night either--even at normal lunch or dinnertime. Ive heard that about ten times now, which is getting pretty ridiculous. Seriously, McHenry KFC, why dont you just advertise lobster tail and caviar too while youre at it? Then you can apologize for being out of that too when people foolishly try to order what youve advertised that you have. News flash: Im not going to give up and order your greasy fried crap just because Im already there. But I do get tired of these pointless trips through your drive-through, so probably Im just going to stop making them.

Ive been to many different KFC locations and have always had a great experience. But this KFC is by far the worst restaurant Ive ever been to. Ive tried this location many times and have been dissatisfied every time. The last time I was at this KFC they told me they were out of chicken. I found this hard to believe and couldnt believe that they werent going to serve me. I felt completely disrespected as a customer and I was very upset. Not only is the service terrible but the food is just as bad. The chicken is drenched in grease enough to make you vomit. Next time I will drive the extra distance to another KFC to avoid this one.

After i walked out of the resaurant one of the workers mouthed "F#$% You" to me because we came in during lobby hours but she was trying to close early. In addition, they always make you wait for the chicken because it is never ready. Simply put it was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was with 6 other people who witnessed her mouth "F@#$ you". That is completely unacceptable and I will gladly take my business other places. This store should be shut down!

In acknowledgement of the poor reviews given this location, I spoke to the manager of the store. She advised me that she was a new manager, and that employees had been replaced. My wife and I went to this location and received outstanding service as well as a properly filled order that more than met our specifications. If you are a KFC lover (and who isnt?) we can recommend this store to be up to the best standards available for sevice and food quality.

I went through the drive through to pick up dinner for a family party. I had the displeasure of hearing the employees make comments about my order while placing it. Must say that is a first for me. Got home and found out half of my sides were missing. Called up to speak with the manager and didnt even get an apology. Rude people. Terrible service. I will not be going back.

Fast food served fast. This KFC serves up delicious chicken meals at an efficient pace. (I was discussing that with my husband--that our server, while being upbeat and quick, was so knowledgeable and helpful with the menu choices, and my husband said he had seen a KFC certificate that acknowledged that this location has the best servers!)

Looking at the bad reviews on here it seems that this may have been a past issue. While this KFC doesnt really do anything that sets it above other locations I have personally not had any specific issues with this location recently. Its KFC. They have chicken and underpayed employees, both of which will always be available.
