This kfc is amazing! This is the best kfc Ive ever been to. The staff greeted us upon entering the building, and were extremely friendly. The cashier recommended that I upgrade to a meal, and saved me over two dollars. Our food was ready and on the counter mere minutes after we ordered. We hadnt even finished filling our drinks yet! And all of the food tasted great! While we were sitting, I heard the cashier recommend another customer to upgrade their meal to a large to get the extra side they wanted, and saved them over two dollars as well! Their food was on the counter ready before they had even paid! The service here was simply outstanding, and the restraunt was very clean. I definitely recommend going to this restaurant.

KFC in Burlington Will not trim their trees next to the drive thru. I have complained 4 times to KFC and Corporate headquarters with no reaction. My van gets a screeching sound while those pricker trees tear off my paint. Also, when I went inside to keep my van from losing paint through the drive through, I noticed this. I walked into their stinky bathroom to find out that the urinal would not flush.

I kinda want my $23.09 back $8 for 2 tenders and popcorn big boxed meals and $6 for a popcorn chicken meal. The chicken tenders are chintzy. I got more gravy that I did mashed potatoes. There was only 9 popcorn bites in the container. No sauce was offered. The popcorn chicken meal looked more like it was worth the $8 than the big meal did. Very disappointed and dont feel like it was worth my money.

We have tried to go twice now and the 1st time they had no dark meat crispy! The second time they had no crispy chicken at all!! Silly me for wanting chicken at a chicken place!
