Worst kfc ever!!! Just moved to this area and have been craving kfc for far too long. Went at 8:15 pm on a Friday and ordered a family meal deal that came with 2 large potatoes just to find out they didnt have any. Ordered extra crispy just to find out they only had 1 breast left and the other would be original, but that was all the breasts they have. I always pay for the breast upcharge to change thighs out, we dont want them. Also had to ask for the gravy that came with the meal.. " oh, u want the gravy?" Well I cant have potatoes, cant have breasts, cant I have 1 thing that comes with the meal? Also asked her to change the coleslaw and she said, " well this 1 time I will" like she was doing me a favor. Oh, and called ahead where said they were open until 9 when it states 10pm. Also told at 9:02 the previous night that they were closed when the website states 10pm. Terribly mismanaged establishment!!

Place really turned around since a year or so ago. Everything is nice and warm when ordered (not overly crunchy or like it was sitting out for a little bit before it was served like in the past). The staff seemed friendly, and usually you get your food fairly quickly after pulling up to the drive-thru window. Since the changes Ive been going there more often than I ever used to before. Keep up the good work!

Poor direction & food prep, ordered chicken bites and they gave no bbq sauce as asked for. Kfc bowl was slopped together with more gravy than anything which was all over the outside of the bowl, asked for extra cheese and hardly had the normal amount & only 2 prices of chicken in it. Complete waste of $14! We well never go there again even though we live up the road from them!

This KFC location has been ok. Theyre seldom really busy. They have a high turnover rate of employees. This shows in quality of food and service. I think it is where it is located that is the main reason. Theyre on a bad corner and have had many bad accidents with customers trying to get out.

Food was good. Cashier,order taker was polite and helpful. Eating area was messy and no clean tables. Restauraunt was also very warm, seemed to have no air conditioning or a poor system. I think they could really clean it up, it was very dirty .

Pretty bad KFC. You might get lucky and go on a good day and your food wont be cold and chewy. But usually its all terrible. The employees are completely clueless.

They are over worked short staffed but for there chicken is good and dont have to cook. Sometimes I got to wait but its worth it for good chicken.
