This review should sum everything your looking for in one. I drive up to kfc and wait for several workers to pass me by for 5 minutes until an employee comes from behind with frozen tears on her face(this is no joke her makeup was ran down frozen). So i place my buffet for 2 and ask for a couple orders of mac and cheese(stevens points kfc buffet supplies mac and cheese any day upon request) as my dreams are shattered by there custom mac and cheese day being on weekends i continue to find a table thats clean and far away from fon du lac bus trash drinking from mcdonalds cups. Proceeding to the drinks every flavor was over saturated with syrup leaving your taste options flooded with dissapointment (yet again). The potatoes were overflown so half of them were cold the majority of hot foods have been sitting for far to long to be considered safetly edible. The grilled chicken skin was so tough everything ripped off in 1 bite. I asked for more grilled and 10 minutes later there was a thigh piece. Carrots and corn was overboiled extracting any flavor that should be there. The atmosphere was great with a piece of drop ceiling missing above my table and across was a view of the colonel sitting in there bench with fruit punch syrup smuged over his teeth making it look like someone kicked in his mouth. I dont think $10 per person is horrible for a buffet but when all i ate was a couple fresh pieces of regular chicken and 5 bowls of potatoes (from the bottom of pan) its money not worth spending. 1 star is too good for how they operate.

Went through the drive through, no problems placing our order, were warned ahead of time about a wait which is fine. We waited longer than anticipated but got our food and left. Once we got home and unpacked the order we found we were missing 2 of the bigger items, instead of appologizing and making it right in a professional way they insisted that we received all the items. After insisting that we were missing the items we were given the option of coming back to get it or putting our name in a book to get it later, while being offered there choices we were again told that the employees were sure we had received the items. So if you do visit check your order right infront of the employees so you cant be repeatedly accused of lying, make sure you force them to give you the receipt they never gave me, and touch the food to make sure you dont get cold dry chicken like we did.

Aight so I came in here cuz I wuz hungry asab so I dead went right for the southwest chicken. Firstoff, y’all forgot my boys orda so we was waiting long till he got his grub. Nextly, I got myself a good bite in befo the next guy comes up and DEAD GRABS ALL THE CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS FROM THE SOUTHWESTERN PILE BRUH. Took y’all 15 miiiiinites to replace that stuff and when y’all finally did, the boy mentioned PRIOR came back and did it again! Good wuz good tho. Definnittely gin return. Four stars.

This place was god awful, the food was decent tasting, but most of it was cold or stale. The trash bins were overflowing with trash and people were even throwing their trash on top of and around the bins so that they didnt leave it at the table. Bathrooms were also filthy if anyone might decide to go there be warned.

never get what you pay for thru drive thru.buckets are to expensive. $21 for 10 piece.1 breast if ur lucky.they will put in a back tellyou its a white meat so you think your getting a breast.owner or manager very un friendly

Decent... but too expensive..8 piece meal 25$???!!! Especially considering all but 2 pieces were wings and drumsticks....employees screwing around and scrubby looking..I love KFC but this location needs to step there game

This is the first KFC buffet Ive ever been. It has some additional food options not on the standard KFC menu but is missing some things such as green beans and baked beans.

Love the food but when I go. I go for buffet and they never have much original chicken out and the soda machine almost never works properly. Gives mostly carbonation
