I got the Sunrise Sunset and my wife got the Bahama Mama. Really good smoothies. But we also ordered a chicken chipotle flatbread and some chips. Instead of chips, I found slaw in my bag. Then the flatbread had chipotle mayo smeared over half of the outside of the flatbread, making it hard to hold and messy to eat. We had also requested the flatbread be cut in half so we could split it. They said "No problem," but it was still in one piece when we got it. So all in all, great smoothies but not too happy with the food.

I ordered a hummus veggie wrap without cheese and ranch because Im vegan. But when I received my wrap it was full of chicken. And a friend of mine ordered a sandwich without veggies and they completely ignored it. Everything still tasted great once we picked off everything we could not eat, but it would just be nice to get what we ordered. I hope things improve at this location. As for me, I will be taking a sabbatical from tropical smoothie for awhile.

I waited well over ten minutes for ONE smoothie as they handed out everyone elses food, all of which ordered AFTER me. By the time I finally got my smoothie, it was melted and watered down and tasted nothing like what it was supposed to. As well, this is not the first time stuff like this has happened to me at this location. Terrible food, terrible service. Save yourself the trouble and go to Winchester if you want a good experience.

My family and all of my staff love your smoothies! We work in the heat all summer and dont feel like eating a meal. I love the No Sugar Added option for myself and my children. I also enjoy the healthy food. Morning happy hour is my favorite...and the drive through is clutch for a mom on the run. Thanks for providing a healthier fast food option.

Been several times and have had horrible service and even been accused of stealing once. Drive-throughs are meant to be speedy and convenient. This one is neither. The employees actions have made me question the food safety of the establishment more than a couple times. If you want quality service, go to the one at Rutherford crossing.

We used to go there pretty regularly then made some decent sugar-free decaf coffee drinks and my wife liked them. We havent been back in a while but my mother was by there last week and told me about the wonderful smoothie that she had.

Love this place, there is never a line at the drive thru and the inside is always clean. I would change the location of the drive thru ordering panel, this is too close to 81 and it is hard to listen when ordering.
