Request a smoothie without the coconut because I was allergic and it wasnt communicated. So driving down the road and I start to have an allergic reaction. And yes, I called and verified that they did indeed put the coconut in my smoothie stated it wasnt anywhere on the receipt. Very upset!! And request management to call me and havent gotten a phone call yet!!

Literally fell in love the first time I went. Now, I go in about two to three times a week! Everyone is super friendly, the food is delicious and the smoothies! There isnt a bad one on the menu! I always get the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich with Kale and Appleslaw for a side along with a Beach Bum smoothie. Need one of these in Youngstown, Ohio!!

Iam a trucker and have visited dozens of tropical smoothiestorm along the east coast and so far this is one of my favorites.smoothies are always made perfect and food prepared excellent plus the friendly,courteous beautiful girls on staff.

No. Took way too long. Ive been to many tropical smoothies and got the same thing. They did not make it right, was a terrible experience. ....11/ 21 had a much better experience this morning. Friendly service and good product
