We had a very unpleasant experience! We came in to get breakfast in the morning. It was pretty empty there. Just 2 other people that ordered before us. We ordered our breakfast wraps and we waited for about 10 mins, thinking that this is better quality fast food that its worth the wait. Then one of the lady workers came out and apologized that its taking so long because the ovens are not heated up. Then we waited for about 5 mins more another worker girl comes out and apologizes that she forgot to turn on the oven and that we need to wait another 7 mins!! I was about to walk and go find another place but we already paid for it. Finally, after 7 minutes or so we got our order. Thats a total of 20+ minutes for simple breakfast burritos (bacon egg and cheese), and mind you, there were no other customers the entire time we were there, except the two that left soon after we came in. And this not all! The burritos were very very flat and under heated! They were hardly warm! The cheese in there was not even melted, It looked as if it just layed out on warm sunshine and not not anything to being in the hot oven. We had horrible horrible experience at this cafe!

Love the food and the smoothies. The roasted red pepper bowl is delicious and the blimey limey is sooo tasty. They even have monthly specials and dicounts which are great. However, some of the staff ignorant. I called in my order, which I have done in the past and ask to if they still were offering the "happy hour" discount on the drinks. That answer was yes but only on 1 drink per order. I questioned that since it does not state that anywhere in the store and I was always given the discount on all the drinks even by the owner. Savanah, the person taking my order, insisted one drink only and almost couldnt be bothered to take the food order. I asked later if there was a limit on the drink order discount and was told no. So great food and drink but watch out for Savanah, shell rip you off. ( I guess I cant go back, Savanah seems like the type to spit in your food ) too bad ..... tropical smoothie was my little splurge.

Food is good, however the manager is a piece of $#!t. I accidentally left my phone there and was able to call them with someone elses phone. The worker was very polite and said theyd keep it for me to pick up the next day. I get there the next day and I wait at the counter for a good 5 minutes. And yes, I did raise my voice to see if anyone was there. After no one seemed to be coming, I left to my truck and then saw some guy come out. It was the manager that was hiding from me . . . I go back in and ask for my phone politely. He says I shouldnt have been fooling around with my phone to begin with. He was very professional about everything. He also sucks at driving. Go to Winchester one if you have the chance.

The smoothies were good but the dark-skinned girl at the counter with all of the ear piercings and bun on her head was such a heinous Witch. She was unkind to all patrons, threw their food to them with a "here" and her attitude with patrons was absolutely appalling. Customer service has so much more to it than the resulting product. Its the people helping you. If your employees are not eager to help your business flourish, please fire them instead of allowing to poison your business model. We will never come back to this location again. Id rather have an awful smoothie than that girl helping me ever again

Got regular chicken when specifically asked for beyond meat. The first cashier didnt even know what beyond meat was i think. Training!!! And the side was some kind of chicken salad when I ordered kale and apple slaw. AND it took nearly half hour to get the first and second orders corrected. Great food awful service.

The food is always good and the service even though sometimes slow has for the most part been very friendly. I particularly like eating here because youre actually eating real food. Healthy food thats good for you as opposed to a fast food joint that uses processed foods and still cost the same.

Id give it higher ratings, but person who recently took over Wil not make a kids cesaer wrap as previous 2 owners did. Also, in last 2 years prices have really gone up and portions (food) has gone down. I do enjoy the smoothies!

Yall need to make sure your online hours match what the door says. We have been driving for 8 hours and wanted a smoothie only to find out your hours on the door are different from online. Gah!
