For italian fare not bad wanna-be food. If you want real Italian food, eat at Kings. Dinning room staff do not pay attention to detail. Initially was sat at two booths that I couldnt stay in because the seats had not been cleaned. Salt, I am assuming on one. Tomato sauce on another. I eventually settled on a table. It was cleaner. Lunch service was just starting and booths that I just refused and explained to hostess why were still seated as if she did not hear a word I said. I had the Soup and Salad Lunch. It was really nice. I dont want to much sometimes and this is always nice. I had spent the morning at the Doctors office and felt like treating myself. I ordered zepollis. The menu states: "Soft, traditional Italian doughnuts dusted with powdered sugar, served with chocolate sauce for dipping." I have some food allergies and this was harmless until my waitress served it. There was no chocolate sauce to be found. After I discovered the mistake I had already had a bite, and was looking for my inhaler and epi-pen. I pointed out to her the mistake and she failed to own it. She told me it came with either chocolate or raspberry sauce. I indicated on the menu that it says chocolate sauce - it was ordered for the chocolate sauce. No options were provided. I was given no choice. Had that occured I would have politely declined because of the raspberry allergy. The order was remade. The zepollies were deep fried to the point of resembling hush puppies. I was really disappointed. It appears they have staff that want to work, and care about the job and want to do so. They bring in careless, could care less people at their busiest time of day, then turn out crap, set customers in crap then try to kill them.

Went there for Valentines Day night out with the wife last evening. Our server created a "RUSH us through mood" like going through the drive-thru at McDonalds. Obviously inadequate training, got my wifes order wrong, ask if we wanted dessert minutes after serving the meals, lifted salad and salad plate before I was finished eating. These servers looked like they were on "prison release detail" from the local prison, which would account for the "rush" mentality.Sorry Martinsburg Olive Garden but next time I want Italian food Ill go to an Italian restaurant.

I have always lived Olive Garden since they opened. Servers have always been great, and pleasant if they wait on my table or not. However... Management isnt the same... The last time I was at Olive Garden, someone came to my table and spoke to us, and I did not realize she was a manager... Other than that, wonderful time as always.

The food was delicious and our waitress was very nice to our party of 9, including our infant daughter. It was kinda funny to see everyone come over just to see our baby because she was less than a month old. All our orders were spot on and not a single person complained about the food or service. Was a great get together. Thanks!

Ive had many great meals at Olive Garden, but this locations quality has been slowly dropping. Last week, the chicken and gnocchi soup was bland as was the spaghetti with meat sauce. I did enjoy the doughnuts with chocolate sauce. Id choose a locally owned Italian restaurant over Olive Garden for better value and taste.

Came in with the family on a weeknight. Service was friendly but slow. Took 35+ minutes to get a table, refills werent offered. Food wasnt as good as other restaurants, a bit greasy and bland. It lacked the great flavor that Olive Garden usually offers. Will probably avoid eating at this location on future occasions.

Horrible experience. Ni server ever showed up to table. Pushed button on on table kiosk, asked hostess if any server was assigned this table, she said sge would get someone. We had drinks from the bar, ordered an app from the kiosk...waited 30 minutes, no server ever showed. Left and will never return.

Quality and service not that great ;under average. Definitely you could find a better Italian restaurant and friendly service in more than one place around Martinsburg . This place has only the name,unfriendly personal,not fresh food,bad service. The only good thing the apple crostata.

Came to Olive Garden for a celebration and to use up gift cards. Appetizers were not as pictured and of quantity for the price quoted. Food was delicious and our waitress Terri was attentive. Paying for meal was a bit complicated. Not impressed to make this location a regular visit.

Had a lovely time with the family. Our waitress was pleasant, yet a little winded, during our dinner rush dinning experience. Wait was a little long for drinks, but I chalk that up to dinner rush again. All things considered, a pleasant evening, even if the patrons were a tad rowdy.

We have always enjoyed Olive Garden. The items we pick always taste great. I had an excellent eggplant parmigiana. However, it was the day before Mothers Day at 5:20 p.m. (thought it was early) but it was packed and service was slow. Faster service will get you a 5 star rating.

Like the atmosphere and food is decent-- sometimes feel I need to go expensive for quality and quantity but there are lower priced staple items which I find enjoyable. Desserts are the best but pricey however I do find myself willing to splurge most visits.

Daughter & I enjoyed a special lunch here. I had shrimp scampi & it was delicious! The salad topped with freshly grated cheese & croutons was tasty. Wait staff kind & kept our drinks filled. Tiramisu good but still icy from freezer. Comfortable booths.

Never had a bad experience here. Food is always timely and fresh. Servers are great. Never had to ask for a refill because they were always ready to refill my cup. Love the andes mints. Good for dates or groups. Lots of prom goers go here before prom!

Ran to use the restroom before we were seated. A roach ran under the bathroom stall! I killed it only to be joined by another one. Left after made my compliant. Management did and said nothing. Its obvious they knew!

This Olive Garden was delicious. Ive never been to an OG I didnt like. The waitress was friendly, but did forget a few things with our order. It was a busy night so, all is well. Our food came out steaming and fresh.

For lunch, it was really busy which caused is to receive our lunch 45 minutes after ordering. The server was fairly attentive, but didnt come often for drink refills and removing empty plates/glasses

Great, friendly staff with quick courteous service. They keep the restaurant clean and tidy. Tough to find something on the menu that doesnt have cheese on it and there limited healtht selections.
