Our waiter Antoine was the worst. He had an attitude the entire time he waited on us. Lots of eye rolling and sarcasm. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger. It came to me without the cheese. When I told him they forgot the cheese, he said sarcastically "so you want me to tell them to put cheese on it? " uum yea, thats why its called a mushroom and Swiss! I asked him for mayonnaise and he caught an attitude. He went and took another tables order and didnt bring back the mayo. When he finally comes back to our table, he still didnt bring the mayo. I reminded him that I was still waiting. By this time my burger was cold. I bit into it and it was too pink for me. I ordered well done. I wasnt about to send it back. By this time I was already sick of his nasty attitude and the rest of my party was almost done eating. We had to flag down the manager to get him to bring us our check. Although I usually love the food, I will not be going back to this location. Ever! I plan to file a complaint with the manager. This guy has no business working in a place like this with the nasty attitude he has.

Went here after a movie on a Tuesday night. When we walked in the greeter was in a panic. The place was busy, so we decided to wait for a table. She told us to "stake out our own table" that was being cleaned because she had other things to do. When we did get a table the waiter had an apathetic manner. He didnt tell us about the wing special. I ordered a side salad and "blazin" wings. A friend ordered soda water and the waiter acted like he was speaking another language-said that it would, "Confuse the bartender" to order that because he wouldnt know what to charge. The side salad was larger than I expected and fairly decent. However the wings were a terrible disappointment. They were super small and overcooked. The sauce was as hot as I expected and had a good flavor. This place is primarily a sports bar (a mediocre one at that). Its too bad that the food in the name of the place was the worst thing there. Will not be going back.

Cool atmosphere.... good food.... but what keeps me coming back is the service we get from 1 particular waitress..... Kendra is by far the best waitress I have ever had. She is fast, efficient, and friendly! She always makes us smile , and has even memorized what my family of 6 always orders. She will always be my waitress of choice. Great job Kendra! (Just to be noted.... I have never known Kendra outside of BDUBS.... she has just impressed me so much)

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night to get wings and nachos. I was seated with my husband. We waited 25+ minutes for a server to show up and wait on us, but no one did. This lady walked passed us at least 10 times ignoring us. So we ended up leaving and going somewhere else and when we did a young waitress looked up and gave us a look like we did something because we were leaving. So in conclusion I might not go there again until service has improved.

Pretty much same copy-pasted Buffalo Wild Wings found across the country with great food, TVs with sports except for an odd one here and there which is for quizzing. But what set it apart - one of the reasons for writing this review is the great service that was provided by Dylan - courteous and nonchalant, making us comfortable immediately. Unfortunately we were just traveling by and may not visit again in future, but this visit was worth reviewing.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was fine. However, I wasnt too impressed by the food. I got a burger and not the wings, to be fair, but it was one of the least amazing burgers Ive had out. It wasnt bad, just not on-par with other places. My wife had a chicken sandwich and it was also alright. I think she enjoyed it more. Really, not a bad place, but there are others nearby that have similar food that I prefer.

Thought my food was good....until I woke up at night and was playing the part of Niagara Falls at the toilet bowl theater. Happened the last 2 times. I dont plan on going to this location again. Either something is wrong with their prep, or someone is screwing with my food or drink. Other locations have been completely fine, I would rate Winchester a lot higher.

We experienced extremely slow service at this bdubs. Weve been waiting for an hour and no food yet. Hard to understand whats going on here! There are multiple tables around us with dirty dishes on them and staff standing around! So ...if you are passing through on the way to somewhere else , do not stop unless u are ok with hanging around awhile !

The food was delicious and our waiter Steven was amazing and courteous. I told him he was handsome eye candy for me, even if, I am old!!! My son, John Smith paid the bill Steven, and you said we were nice patient people. We were there on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at about 5:00pm, everything was great after we received our food!!!

Food was room temp when brought out after waiting a good bit of time.. Then the manager went to replace parts of the order and brought out the wrong food.. would have tried to get my order fixed again but spent too much time in Buffalo Wild Wings at this point waiting on the right food... Service by the waitress was pretty ok

Waited 20 minutes for a appetizer that was fried pickles shouldnt take more then 10 minutes tops. The bar tender told me he lost my order so i had to remind him for my appetizer an meal. Eventually the food came out but once i got it never was checked on again to see how it was. Wont be returning to this location

My server (nick) was very helpful, curteous, and fast. However my boneless chicken wings were undercooked. When I sent it back, the manager came out and told me it was just a bloodline in the chicken. Having worked food service for years, I know what undercooked chicken looks like, unacceptable.

Great choices of craft beer. Televisions everywhere to catch whatever sporting event you are interested in. The management very accommodating, just ask and they will try to put your favorite sport event on up on one of the televisions. Good food. Great place to hang with friends!

The service is acceptable, but I give BWW a 5-star rating because of how much I love their wings. They are great, by far the best wings available from any chain Ive ever been to, and better than most local wing places as well.

Love this place the staff is great but for super service sit at a bar table the bar crew is the best good wings but it is a little expensive but all and all fun place to have a cold beer and great wings with your friends

The food is not very good at all. Everything is ala cart and expensive. The service was slow and the waitress had little personality. Overall there are many better eateries that have better prices, food and service.

I call to this place and the girl when she notice the i was Spanish hangup the phone smh i think some people hate on Spanish people because most of the time we come succeed .! Dont hate just work harder smh
