I gave one star because I couldnt give less. They mess up order often, some have a bad attitude, and the place is often messy. The final straw came when I ordered one of the new burgers. The flyers, and the picture in store showed a nice bun, two patties with melted cheese dripping down, large thick strips of bacon showing on all sides, and fried onions piled on. When I got home it was a very flat bun, a tiny square of cheese between the patties, and about 10 little chips of thin bacon, and four small pieces of fried onions. It was ridiculous and a total rip off. I will never go there again.

Ordered a number 9 with large fries and large drink was given a small fryies and medium drink. Crew needs new management and training and the floor when I came in was a mess therefore they cant keep up to the task for there cleaning Captain its amazing they dont have roaches in view on ly god knows the unsanitary situation behind the counter.

Food is usually decent but not great. Service is questionable depending on the day. Sometimes service is great others it is downright horrible. Restaurant isnt the cleanest and it is typical to see flies. On our visit on 10/22/16, my wife and I noted that there were gnats in the cookie rack on the counter.

I would give less but it wont let me. Soap dispensers broken. Floor was sticky. Sanitary napkin wrapper on the floor in dining area. Filth under tables. Drink station was a sticky mess. The table and chairs were sticky . Trays greasy. Almost no staff. The staff that was there had bad hygiene.

Good food, fast, friendly workers. However, the tables need to be cleaned off more frequently and the drink area is a sticky mess. Location does stink, but theres only two But Kings in Winchester and they are on opposite sides of town. Flam broiled brings us here! Oh and the app coupons rock!

They decided to close 30 minutes early tonight... I went to the drive through at 11:35 and was told that they were closed. Either these hours arent accurate or this location doesnt stay true to their hours of business. Either way I am very disappointed

Service was unbelievably slow, inside customers seemed to be getting delayed in order to keep the drive-thru moving, staff seemed to be struggling or indifferent and no manager in sight, place was filthy. Never again.

Food is alright, but the employees are terrible. They take a long time, then rush you when they are ready and get an attitude when you slow them down. Also forgot to give me the sauce I asked for.

Got a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, the chicken nuggets were cold and the sandwich just wasnt made like the other bks, just seemed like the staff didnt really care about their job.

Dirty/dingy looking. Parking lot is dirtier than trash dump. Tomato was thicker than my burger....and the burgwr paty was probably made a good hour or two orior to my arrival.
