Nothing good to say about the Inwood Burger King. I have been here more times than I can count on two hands. I have always made an excuse for them. Maybe it was an off day, maybe they are swamped, maybe they are understaffed. Whatever the case, in the last nine months that I have been in the area, they are consistently rude. They talk down to their customers, not just myself, when I address their COUNTLESS mistakes, they act as if I am the problem, even when I have EACH TIME brought the receipt showing what they messed up or forgot on the order. When they redo the orders they mumble under their breath, give bad attitudes, literally throw the order together. I ordered some BK minis. The patties werent on the buns, they were burnt AND COLD, the toppings I requested were not on their but they did put on what I specifically requested NOT to have. The cheese was missing, and then when replaced didnt even make it on to the patties that werent on the buns. The packaging was shoved in my general direction. I have ordered fries from them before. They were cold, rubbery, and didnt even fill the size container that I had requested. The attitude of the employees is that they are being bothered when their customers are ordering, no good customer service, they bark the prices at me when I pull up to the window, say little to nothing when when issues are addressed except to try and make excuses as to why its not their fault, or mumble under their breath. There is no cheerful attitude or politeness on any level. The atmosphere as far as business is that the place is rather quiet, but they employees act as if they are rushing and being overworked. The value of the food sucks. If I have ordered something, its never hot, and its either burnt or not adequately prepared with or without requested toppings. The food is flat out disgusting. I wont be returning there as the whole place has never improved since my first experience. I hope that someone from BK sees their negative reviews and takes them as a challenge to improve the customer service and quality of their business. I dont foresee this happening as I have complained before and am basically rushed along or brushed off. BK used to be the better Fast Food company...so sad to see them take such a decline on so many levels.

They messed up are food ..then the manager rick true to make excuses..they also gave us spoiled tea...they never clean the machine the one employee told us ...they need to get new management and turn this place around .this used to be one of favorite place to eat ...but now Im going to let everyone now how sorry this place is

The girl at the evening drive through is one of the biggest SNOTBALLS to run a register. However the pleasant lady that works it in the morning always makes my day a little better. Morning lady deserves a promotion and the evening young SNOT needs a kick.
