They used to be good, but... We ordered dinner carry out on Halloween, it was supposed to be ready at 5:10, but we didnt get the food until after 5:50. Heres our order with comments: Slow Roasted Pot Roast Family Dinner with a large side order of mashed potatoes and six biscuits. They put the dinner for four in two containers and put the mashed potatoes in with the Pot Roast, they were generous with the potatoes, but skimped on the meat. (I guess our 30% off coupon was not just for the price). It had been a while since we ordered this, but previous orders had almost twice as much Pot Roast as this one. Chicken N Noodles Deep Dish Family Dinner with a large side order of Broccoli and six Dinner Rolls. For this order they put the side of Broccoli in its own container so the portions were acceptable but the dinner did not have enough gravy so it was on the dry side. My wife is diabetic so and needed a Low Carb meal, she got a Blackened Steak dinner, the meat was tender but her dinner was stone cold, they probably let this sit for most of the 40 minutes we waited for the rest of the food. We also ordered a Large Farm Festival Bean Soup and a Loaf of Pumpkin Bread. The Pumpkin Bread was good, but they forgot to give us the soup, (we should have checked, but by the time it was ready our pickup person was trying to get home before the Trick-or-Treaters were on the streets). We had to send someone back to get the soup which delayed their already late dinner by another 25 minutes. Bob Evans did give us a few extra slices of Pumpkin Bread with the original order and a second soup free when we went back to pick up our missing item, but given the ridiculous delays and the order inaccuracy we will not be going back to this location anytime soon. Our pickup person noticed that there were a few other unhappy patrons waiting for carry out and they had order problems too, of course since we waited over 40 minutes for food that should have been ready when we got there we had ample time for observation.

Always a dissapointment, but my mother in law loves the place. They always manage to mess up our order somehow. Today was no exception. When they gave us our silverware (which wasnt until we asked for some when our food arrived) my wifes had a spoon in it that looked as though it hadnt been cleaned at all. This was particularly odd since nobody else even had spoons with their silverware. I asked for bacon on my home fries and it wasnt until my food was brought to me without it that they told me they were out. Apparently they were out of cups too, because when they finally brought out our refills they were in styrofoam cups. Then the kids sundae desserts took 15 minutes to get. Overall a dissapointment, again...

time after time, their carry out is abysmal. Missing items when i get home or soup this is not cooked. this time i was put on hold "for a minute," and while i waited, i went to the bathoom and ate a snack. I heard the spiel three times. I called back. another employee tried to put me on hold and i told him i had been on hold already and that i was calling back. "Oh, ok, well i will take your order right now." And he put on hold. I hung up. Evidently, carryout orders are NOT a priority at this bob Evans. NEVER AGAIN. this store is so frustrating for me to try to get carry out from. i complained to the corporate office. Finally a new manager came. But it doesnt matter. Still BAD.

this place needs better management. I do like the food here but the running theme every time I come in to eat or get takeout is that I end up having to wait. The last time I went in to sit down and eat our food took almost 40 minutes to come out to us. Its really gone downhill the last few years with the waitstaff being all over the place in terms of quality. And to be honest thats not on them, thats on the manager on duty. You cant just let your restaurant fall into chaos and then walk around asking people how their food is like thats your only job. Its probably time for corporate to send in a regional manager to clean this place up again.

Well I can not speak as a customer.. But as an ex employee I have to say this company is a joke.. They lost three paychecks back to back.. They also had a manger who tried to fist fight me in a cooler because he was upset I would not scrub trash cans out at 10:00 pm when I had to be back in at 8:00 pm.. I was never officially trained by either store I worked for.. This company is very unprofessional.. I have been a kitchen manger in places and slow have owned my own place of bisnuess and I would never conduct bisnuess they way this company does

The place was nearly empty but service was slow at best. 5 min to be seated, nearly 10 to place a drink order, 5+ to get drinks (they were out of root beer for the kids), 15 min for the waitress to come back and tell us they were out of broasted chicken and it would be 30 min to make more if we still wanted it. My burger was missing the sauce it was supposed to come with and the cheese on it wasnt melted at all. They should probably just close this one like they did the one in Charles Town.

Well, we went in , got seated . Wasnt very many people. Got one cup of coffee, she walks around with the pot , said she would refill our cup. No she didnt.she took our order , waited 20 minutes , then we knew we would probably be late for our grandsons parade. 10 more minutes .no food. So we had pay for the coffee and leave.and its no fun drinking cold coffee waiting for two small orders that doesnt show up .

Ordered a three course dinner, got the soup and entree. Server said she would be right back with my biscuits. Never saw her again until she took my plate and gave me my bill. Oh, the three course I ordered included a dessert I wasnt given a chance to order. Having stopped in here before and tried the other restaurants on this exit, I will be running, not walking, to somewhere other than Bob Evans!

Bob Evans you all need to get it together. This used to be a good place to eat and the service was good but over the past 6 months the service has gone down hill. My husband and I walked in tonight around 8pm and 4 waitresses walked past us and never acknowledged our presence. And its not like it was busy at all. Just ridiculous and disappointing.

We had a long wait for our food to not receive some of it. We then asked the waitress for it and it never showed up. Finally we asked another waitress for it and she then gave it to us in a to go container that has to be heated up in a microwave. We are 3 hours from our house so we just gave up and left. DO NOT GO HERE.
