The past two times I have gone with my family, the service was horrible. The food was a little below average (portions are small for the price and is a bit salty), but the service outweighed the other experiences. We waited for 20 minutes to have a waiter come by our table, even though there were only 3 other tables. It took another 30 minutes for the food to come out. Also, if you have a Prime card, watch out -- they make up their own holidays and dont take your Prime card because its a holiday (like New Years observed even though they open on New Years Eve and New Years). We gave it another shot today but the service is still dismal and the manager lies and says their not the manager because they dont want to talk to you.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Racha Thai in Woodinville. Years ago this was a really good Thai restaurant however my visit recently was nothing but a joke. I ordered a lunch combination with the Pad Thai and coconut prawns with 3 stars. The prawns were dry and flat they were different then several years ago. The pad thai was not three stars it was mild and tasted disgusting. The service was slow and it seem that the chef and management need to go back to the beginning of when they first opened. The reason for two stars is that my son liked his dish.

Service is prompt, the food is excellent, the restaurant is comfortable and well maintained. They have a good selection of drinks, the menu choices have good variety. I especially love the curries! I got my left overs boxed up and forgot to ask for extra rice. When I opened the bag later I was extremely pleased to find they had given me a container of rice without prompting! Its a little touch, I know, but it made me happy. Two entrees, appetizer, an import beer and a soda was 33ish $ (+tax).

Walked right in with no wait on a Tuesday evening. We ordered the Chicken Satay appetizer and split an order of the vegetable Pad Thai (labeled as Pud Thai on the menu). The chicken was great and we enjoyed the peanut gravy and the cucumber salad with it. We both thought the pad thai had too much shrimp or fish paste in it though, and it left a very fishy taste in our mouths afterwards. I also ordered a thai iced tea which was perfectly made. Overall a good spot for thai in woodinville!

Horrible service. Our order got lost in outer space - while other patrons who arrived after we sat down received their meals before ours even sniffed our table. Ordered a 3/5 star curry entree and it tasted less spicier (no spice) than my wifes 1 star rad na. Instead of apologizing for the delay, our original waiter just ignored our table. I had to flag a server down to collect our check.

This place is super close to where I live and I have to say its a good alternate to the Redmond bar scene. If I go out with friends, I feel like its a great location for conversation and some drinks. The lighting is just intimate enough and theres a lot of great food on the happy hour menu. The wings are where its at though. Get those!

The food is bland. I ordered two orders of Chicken Pud Thai (one 2 stars, on 4 stars) and an order of Thai fried rice (2 stars) and an order of spring roles. The Pud Thai was bland, tasteless. Neither the 2* nor the 4* had any flavor, not even spicy.. The fried rice was equally terrible The spring roles were good though

Not bad, but there are better alternatives for Thai in Woodinville. Not upscale as advertised. No snack served while you waiting for your order (you will wait). Asked 4 level spice and got 1 on my scale. My wife asked for 3 and got the same 1. But overall, not bad. Will probably return at some point.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Woodinville. Lunches are quick and cheap. Look for a coupon in a mailer or in the Woodinville Weekly and get $5 off two meals. My favorite dishes are the Tom Ka soup, the Mother of Pearl broccoli with fried tofu, and the Pad See Ew. Service can be unreliable.

The lamb is mutton, and pretty dry and bland at that. Other dishes we tried were inconsequential as well. The only thing Thai about this food, perhaps, is the kitchen staff. But if the humble folk of Woodinville like to chow down here, what can I say? We wont be returning, thats for sure.

Very tasteful Thai Cuisine. I enjoyed the experience. I had there seafood soup, which I am new to most seafood options, and wasnt absolutely sure what I was eating, but I ate it all with a smile on my face. The pumpkin red curry was my second dish and it was also very good.

Consistently the best Thai food around Snohomish/King Counties, I found a new all-time favorite dish, "Crying Tiger" salad. Absolutely delicious blend of flavors and hot enough even for me! The service is always very good. I will return again and again.

Always a good lunch for us and the folks working there are very kind and considerate. Service is fast and the food is always enjoyable. Parking can be a little tight. Ask for the spice tray to add some extra kick or bite to your food ;-)

We had great customer service and the waiter was very attentive on a busy Friday evening. The atmosphere was great. The food was exquisite. We will probably go there again next Friday!

Way too expensive and they dont like splitting plates. The other Thai restaurants never mind this, especially with children. They also charge for every little thing!

Horrible service! Took forever to get noticed and ignored our table even though the store was empty. Food is overpriced, but ok ... if it ever arrives
