Worst Mexican food I have ever tried. First, the chips tasted stale and old and the salsa was flavorless and watery. After that came our meals. We had the Arroz Con Pollo and the Crab Enchillada. The Arroz Con Pollo was just not good. It could be tolerated, but Im not sure how they made a classic taste that bad. The worst part was the Crab Enchillada. The crab tasted like they had fished it out of a dumpster of a sea food restaurant after rotting for a few weeks. I literally almost threw up. The beans and rice were disgusting as well. I literally could not force myself to eat the meal. Our kids had quesadillas. We tried theirs in hopes that it would at least be tollerable for them, and even the tortillas tasted funny. The only light in the whole setting was that the wait staff was pretty friendly. Not only do I recommend not eating here, but for the sake of not getting sick, keep others away from here.

Literally the best Mexican restaraunt in Washington. I have been to so many Mexican restaurants I cant even count and this one tops them all for sure! The staff is amazing. We go there so much that right when we walk in the go straight to the kitchen and start preparing our order because they know us so well. I love the atmosphere..its cozy and very spacious. Its comfortable and the prices are reasonable!!! The men who work there are very attractive which is a plus ;) haha. This is my favorite restaraunt in the whole world! :) I recommend getting the shredded pork fajita burrito with no sauce on top :) sooooo yummy!!!!!

Not your regular Mexican affair. I live in seattle and my friend who always has to drive here, had been taking about this restaurant. Last friday we finally made it out and, she had all the reason in the world. Great Experience, Service was great, atmosphere, and of course what matters food and drinks. I had a Molcajete which is a big stone bowl filled with steak, chicken, chorizo, and topped with cheese and a roasted tomato sauce. Simply delicious, fresh and perfect to go with my margarita, which I would also rate it an A+. This little place is giving all the Seattle Mexican restaurants a run for their money.

Growing up in Arizona, Ive been to a few Mexican places. This one has an amazing menu filled with authentic Mexican dishes. I ordered the Enchiladas Guadalajara and my husband ordered the Tacos de la Calle... YUM! They have many house made enchilada sauces to choose from as opposed to your typical "red or green sauce". Their drink menu was unique and creative, although we did not order drinks this time around. The service was genuinely friendly and our server was knowledgeable when we asked questions. We will be back, again and again. Thank you for a great experience!

Went there Monday night, 11/2/15, got served water and chips and sat there for 15-20 minutes while no one came to take our order, drinks or food. Instead they we having chat parties at the front desk and at one point everyone disappeared to the back for a lengthy time. There were only two other tables taken so its not like they were busy. Literally got zero service so we got up and walked out. Will NEVER return to this place. Now I am warning everyone to pick any other spot in Renton other than this place if you want to actually get service.

Factoria location is better. I ordered pollo a la crema and it was all wrong, even the remake of it was wrong. The flavor wasnt typical of this dish. It was way off. The only thing I can rave about was the green salsa. Otherwise it wasnt my favorite. I went to the one in factoria a week later and they had the right recipe for my favorite dish. Ive never been disappointed when ordering that particular dish. I hope you can find out what the other location is doing better ;)

Great food, decent service and the place is really big. They always seem kind of busy, but weve never had to wait. Everything is authentic and super yummy. Good fajitas are hard to find in WA, but they have them. No one in our family cares for their version of mole, but everything else is great and weve sampled most of the menu. The Pollo Taraxco was surprisingly special. Warning: everyone at your table will want a bite and youre not going to want to share :)

I dont know where this Brandon guy went to but definitely not Tapatio in Newcastle. The food was amazing, i had the flautas, my girl had the tortilla soup. Love the beans and the salsa. The service was amazing, yes they are always busy - what does that tell you, right, that its good, and the food came fast. I recommend it to my family and friends. Try the Cadillac Margaritas, grande por favor. :P

The food was good; however, when you receive your credit card statement, check it out! Whatever amount you signed is not what you are charged! I called the restaurant and asked why the amount differs from what I had signed for. The manager told me to bring the receipt all the way to their restaurant to show them my credit card receipt to prove them. Is this the way a customer to be treated?

Ours meals were just okay. My combo plate of a chicken enchilada and beef burrito was warm, not hot, and very under-seasoned. Small potions of rice and beans. The enchilada sauce tasted canned and sweet. Guacamole was good. Decent service. My husbands carnitas were okay, but small portions of meat, rice, and beans on a large plate.

Por ser LATINO me trataron "no muy bien" es decir, fueron respetuosos pero muy CLASISTAS por qué andaba vestido en ropa de trabajo. Nunca más regresare...

THE BEST MEXICAN PLACE EVER. Food is amazing! Service is even better. Must trys: pollo tarasco, enchiladas guadalajara, carne asada, carnitas, well everything is good. I never like the spanish rice at other restaurants. Theirs here is moist and fluffy and homemade as well as fresh corn tortillas prepared up front.

Food had no flavor what so ever. The food here used to be delicious. This is the third time I come here and the food is just straight up garbage. They must of got a new cook or change the recipe but something definitely changed. 3 strikes youre out! Wont be coming back here again. Friendly staff but food is trash.

My wife and I went here on New Years Eve for dinner. They were packed wall-to-wall. Despite this, we were seated immediately. Our waiter was polite and friendly and never made us feel rushed. The quality of food and service, on an immensely busy holiday was amazing and we will definitely be going back!

I had the chicken tacos with rice and beans. For $12 I thought the flavors were quite bland. Salsa was good. The plate was so hot, like would burn you hot and the waiter warned me. The plate presentation looked like someone got sick on the plate....kinda like fast food and I get that. I would not come back!

Hands down favorite Mexican place in the area! Locally owned, Ive been going here for over 20 years and always come back (even now when I live in Seattle). They also took some time and put together an awesome Gluten Free menu with most of their options available!

Good food but too bland and Washingtonionized for me. Wouldnt really call this food real Mexican food. Once youve had real Mexican food in Arizona you will never again set foot in a chain like this. Would recommend.
