Im a regular here and always have good service and delicious donuts. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Decided to take the grand daughter to pick up a dozen on Sunday morning and the selection was not good. We purchased a mixed dozen and took them home for the family. Absolutely horrible! Not a single person ate an entire donut. They were hard and crusty. If you cant provide the same quality food on Sunday as you do any other day then just close that day. I threw out a dozen donuts. ($11.93) Looking for a new donut place in Vancouver. Ideas?

This was a 5 star in the beginning! But the unfriendly service and lack of selection after the hours of 11am1pm is extremely disappointing .. (considering theyre open til 8pm) the donuts are good but sometimes more than not the fritters are under done and doughy or just flat out burned!! The one off Alberta is thee Go2 MUST!!

Not so much rude service.. as to barley any service.. man didnt talk much... about 8 donuts total on display. . And the ones that I got were (blueberry fritter, chocolate coconut, and reg. Glaze) were tasteless couldnt even taste blueberry or the chocolate. .. only the regular glaze was good.. not great just good

Very random hours. Signs on door dont match any hours that he told me. He closes or opens when he feels. Did and edit on the google listing to update the hours he told me.... But wouldnt trust that he will be open. Some donuts are good and some are not. Very little selection at time I went.

Didnt even go in to receive horrible service. I called to ask a question. The guy answered with just a hello. I had to ask if it was the donut shop, which was answered with a short yes. When I asked if they had a certain donut, the reply was another short no.

Weve only gone there once, and the donuts were about as good as the donuts at a grocery store. They were just dry, somewhat tasteless pastry with sugar frosting. Service was fine, and they have a decent assortment. Wont go back again, but they arent awful.

Dont know why this donut shop is such a magnet for idiots. Been there many times and have never in my life seen people make such a production out of buying donuts. They have no regard for the other customers in there. Seems that you just cant fix stupid.

Great selection all day doesnt matter when you go (except Sunday). The quality surpasses any grocery store by far and holds up to any other donut shop. Standouts: holes for 12/$1 and the crullers! Also ice cream for my gluten free wife...

We just stopped here to get donuts for fathers day and as I pulled in, she flipped her sign to "closed" and smiled at me. The buttermilk bars here are excellent but the rest of the selection is pretty dry. Overall, not great.

Try the BUTTERMILK DONUTS. You will not regret it. Its a Donut shop, not a concierge service so dont let those reviews hold you back. Hes a local business owner that works 12 plus hours a day. Enjoy.

The both trash cans are overflowing, my cinnamon twist tasted old, the clerk was too busy talking on her cell phone and barely paid attention to us. Rather go to Safeway to get my doughnuts

Best doughnuts around. Well balanced traditional dough that are not over glazed and taste wonderful. Chocolate Old Fashioned and the Blueberry Fritter are out of this world! Must try!
