Ill preface the following by saying that I will come back to try the pastries and eat on the patio or take out... The front staff are friendly and efficient, even though, upon observing the lack of tipping by the majority of the ill-kempt patrons (by all means come here in your sweats and yoga gear, or filthy jeans post workout or working on your house, and dont worry if you have bed-head). The dingy, noisy, cafeteria atmosphere with children screeching and running around unsupervised isnt worth the price ($30 w/tip) of the subpar savory dishes and coffee that I had... The ham and spinach benedicts eggs were cooked properly, but, there were few spinach leaves, the ham, although plentiful, was dry and burnt, the hollandaise was watery and flavorless, and surprisingly for a bakery, the english muffin was greasy and stale tasting, plus, the potatoes were overdone and cold... The vinaigrette on the salad was nice and not overdressed, but the beats were almost raw, and Ive never seen goat cheese the consistency of (broken) whipped cream running down the plate before, not appetizing at all.

Pretty good, but Ive had better. Food was tasty, yet felt overpriced, it was $48 for three of us to get breakfast & coffee. The staff was friendly but I felt an underlying annoyance from them. This might be a non-issue but theres no fountain drinks, I like a soda when I go out, and a can isnt a realistic option imo. Also theres stone or something atop the tables, it fits the look but it just means my phone gets scratched and Im more likely to break the ceramic, which felt pretty heavy when I carried my coffee. Again, its not a bad place, if I was in school again I would maybe come here for homework, but the cafe by the theater is much better overall.

Awesome cafe! We were staying right around the corner from this place and decided to go for a cup of coffee and ended up eating a full breakfast. The food and coffee was great. Also the big plus was the play area for the little ones we have a 8 month old son that was totally occupied the whole time we were there thats 5 stars in my book. If your in the Hollywood area its a nice little spot to sit and have a cup of coffee and some breakfast.

The staff there are so friendly and are great to chat with. The owners, Greg and Lisa are amazing. Greg makes the best French pastries i have ever tasted, it is hard to find a croissant that comes close to his. The spinach and ricotta breakfast croissant heated may be one of the best tasting savory pastries created. Whether grabbing a coffee and pastry to go or sitting in for lunch, Fleur de Lis is a must go!

It is probably one of the best french bakery around!! My favorite is their spinach ricotta: tasty and buttery; it melts in your mouth! A friend of mine tried their chocolate croissant and she liked it a lot! Stumptown is Stumptown: the fact that they serve Stumptown is always a plus! Great homework spot (I dont know if this a good thing to say in here of not), family friendly..love the atmosphere!!

I am completely addicted to the ham and cheese stuffed croissant! The food has always been pretty good and the cafe is cute with a great ambiance. The pastry & bread case is one to drool over...the prices however....I have to say is the only thing that keeps me from going there more often...or ordering more that one thing for that matter. Please consider lowering your prices?!

Great French-style bakery, outside (dog-friendly) seating. Good food for brunch, lunch or snacks. The toys, kid books, and play space have disappeared, but still a great place for families. Update: the kid stuff seems to have returned! Some happy kids here entertaining themselves while mom and dad enjoy breakfast.

Wow. This place is, by far, the best place to grab a bite to eat for any laid back day. The ambience of the place, the friendly service, and the TASTY pastries... Oh jeez. Just wonderful. If youre looking to grab some breakfast, brunch, or lunch, look here. You wont be disappointed! Thank you, Fleur De Lis.

Wonder bakery options both savory and sweet, as well as great bread selections to bring home. Dont overlook the lunch specials as I did for so long, theyre fantastic. Another prized feature is that Fleur De Lis has a nice large atmosphere that is comfortable for use as a meeting space for medium sized groups.

What a great Hollywood neighborhood resource, especially if you have kids. Friendly service, excellent and un-fussy food, with seating inside and outside. Very informal which is part of its charm. Higher priced than Starbucks but less than a place with table service and higher quality.

There are two reasons why I go here. 1. Almond croissant. Nice and fluffy without hard crunchy carmalized sugary taste. 2. This blueberry custard. I havent had lunch here but those two pastrys are awesome and Nossa Familia in the Pearl carries some of their goods.

I wish I had more time in the mornings to go here everyday! Great little local spot in Hollywood; fantastic breads and pastries. Probably one of the best ciabatta rolls Ive ever had. There was even live music the past few times Ive gone on a weekend.

The food here is terrific! You cant beat the great flavors of this place. The only downside is the kitchen closes at 2pm so you have to come before then to be able to order a hot meal. Service is friendly and fun. Lots of locals hanging out.

This has become my boite. Their croissants arent the best in town, but theyre very good, along with the rest of their offerings (breakfast and lunch served all day). I keep coming back because of the relaxed casual atmosphere and friendly staff.

Just finished eating their filled Brioche. Between the fresh tart raspberries, the creamy filling, and the flaky, buttery pastry that had just enough sugar to slightly carmelize around the edges...this may have been the best thing I ever ate.

I love this place. The french toast is amazing. Its only available on the weekends. It can get crowded fast because its so delicious so if you see a table snag it while someone else orders you the drinking chocolate and a croissant.

Love to start a morning walk from here. Great coffee and pastries. Meals are enough for 2 people! Staff is friendly and many customers are local regulars. Highly recommend if you want to take a moment to relax.

My go-to breakfast and brunch spot! Seems always busy (a good sign) but we can always find a seat. Food is so wonderful, coffee is tasty fresh, pastries are delicious, and atmosphere is casual comfortable.

Great coffee and a nice location. Lots of outdoor seating, which is perfect for relaxing on a weekend morning. We had a cinnamon roll and chocolate croissant for snacks, and hey were both spot on.

What a lovely place! It used to be a branch of multnomah library, still has the book depository on the wall. Good place to read or have lunch with friends
