Rhetorical Bro
long story short: count your money if you pay cash on delivery. cause its your fault if you find some of your money missing. Dont bother calling this place about it. because its not their fault that one of their employees swipes money from you and they hide it from their boss. 12/29/2016 - today i wanted to get some pizza. i had 40 dollars to enjoy and i wanted to save the remainder for other important things. I order online so i can take as long as i want on making a decision rather than wasting someone elses time on a phone call. i take the time to wait which felt like 40 minutes but i didnt care. I had other things to occupy my time such as watching my nephew. it finally arrives and im glad it did. But here comes the problem, the delivery driver. the cost was 25 dollars and some change i hand him two twenties he hands me back what was supposed to be 14 dollars in change mentions if i should give him a tip. i said no, im fairly broke right now (poor excuse but w/e dont judge me) i thank him for the two pizzas i just remembered i ordered a 2 liter mug root beer says he forgot it and had to come back. that was ok because i was in no hurry for it anyway. i trusted him, i wanted to relax and trust somebody for once but apparently i was absolutely mistaken. I just wanted to believe that someone who was working had good integrity to actually do there goddamn job. turns out that he swiped 4 of my dollars for his version of a "tip" infuriated i called the pizza hut and talked to who was occupying the cash register. told them my story about my missing four dollars. they had to call the guy to ask if he did which required me to hang up. so i hanged up for about 15 minutes. called back again. the guy says he didnt swipe it and the girl recommended i talk to their manager. i agreed and waited alittle. the manager vouches for the delivery driver saying she took steps to count all money including tips and says its all there. In a long heavy sigh, knowing i was defeated i thanked her for her business and hung up because said delivery driver hidden my money and lied to his boss. there is no way i can convince her in a logical manner to doubt because this was essentially a "he said, she said" scenario that leads to nowhere. so she picked her employee over me. all i can do is warn other people to not be laid back when a delivery driver comes around for cash only. sure it may be four dollars that i lost but it was the principle that this guy decided to take his tipping management into his own hands and walk all over my good will. i learned my lesson. i wont pay cash for delivery. ill probably pay for 7/11 pizza from now on cause its cheaper and i get full for WAYYY less. But one thing i say to pizza hut is... you lost a customer. aside from your reviews for being late or dry crust or w/e. i will always remember pizza hut for stealing my 4 dollars and change my mind when ordering pizza. even if it means that pizza hut is the only pizza place in my area i will make my own damn pizza if i have to or just make something else and be done with it. shame on you pizza hut. really, i dont have alot of skills for managing a company but the last thing i will do is allow an employee to steal change from a customer and will stand by it. My name is seth shaw, forgive the pseudonym i have as entitled spite because i dont like using my real name as a constant display on the internet. but now you know of whom is rating you.

My first experience is aimed at the dine in experience. I had no idea they served pizza by the slice, so I came in to try it out a few weeks ago. The pizza was great. They heat each piece in the oven to get it nice and cheesy. The staff was super friendly. One of the ladies took time to chat me up while I ate there as it was kind of slow at the time. Their soda fountain is also nice and fizzy which is becoming rare these days. However, I have to dock some stars for when I ordered for delivery of pizza tonight. Nothing like paying $30 for cold pizza that was almost an hour late after expected delivery time. Meaning a total time of an hour n 45 minutes waited till I called in to ask what the deal was. Was told my order left 5 minutes before calling in and that it was on its way. No discount, or means of rectifying the inconvienience was offered. To add insult to injury I was outright lied to over the phone as the pizza still didnt show up for 20 more minutes and was cold n soggy. The person on the phone, nor the delivery driver didnt even bother to appologize for the inconvienience. So while I enjoyed my dine in experience, the over all experience is just too greatly overshadowed by getting ripped off on the delivery. They didnt even remove the delivery fee. So there ya have it, over two hours late, soggy, and me wondering what else I could have spent the money on.

The staff is always very nice, however, every single time we order from this location they mess up! The first time my wings were not honey bbq, instead they were spicey. The second time all my toppings (including the cheese) were all stuck to the top of the box that was clearly squished. Then we order garlic crust and it came back plain! The crust situation has happened 3 times now. I hate to say it but Im close to just not ordering from them anymore.

I ordered online for in store pickup. After ordering the website said it would be ready for pickup at a specific time. I arrived at that time and paid expecting to grab my pizza and go. It might seem ridiculous to some, but eight minutes later my order was ready. The store wasnt even busy. When we got the pizza home it wasnt even warm. Like it had been sitting, and it didnt taste that good. Not like a meat lover should taste.

im new to washington, and this place is small but the staff is super nice. went to pick up my order last friday and because the delivery guy took it by mistake they compensated me with a whole new pie and a 2 liter in addition to my order when it was brought back. Manager and staff were very friendly during my wait and were nice about answering random questions i had. and the pizza was good!

We just transferred here. The young gal was very nice....so she gets the star, but the pizza.....was terrible. Dry, no sauce, cheese had no taste & the "extra" spinach was a joke. Id hate to see what "reg" is. Not worth the $9. Dominoes puts out a better product...and thats saying something.....sad. wont return.
