Always makes good food, but for the price, and the quantity, not worth it. They say quality over quantity, but thats just not the case with food, Id rather be full than love a tiny little hamburger. The people are always nice, and the food is good, Ive not once had to return an order despite others saying they have. The problem is the insane prices they charge. I could get the same food from a JitB for half the price, and get more out of it. The large fry is a small to medium at the VERY best. The burgers remind me of value menus at Mcdonalds. And even the drinks are small compared to other chains. Just not worth it to me, as I said, Id rather be full, than enjoy a tiny meal.

Ive eaten here twice, once I ordered chicken tenders, they didnt taste that great. Secondly, I went through the drive through and order a Tillamook cheeseburger and told them only ketchup and onions, I only have a few minutes to go back to work and when I opened up the burger it was filled with everything I told them I DIDNT want. This is extremely irritating that people cannot pay attention, especially when the customer has few minutes, and theyre quite hungry. The only good thing about this place is that they have decent fries. Luckily.

Burgerville ice cream is the only ice cream worth eating in Clark county. I come to this location often, usually in drive thru for ice cream cones. I have never once, in all of my visits been disappointed in the service here. I recently had a terrible experience at the fourth plain location. Waited eleven minutes in their drive thru for an ice cream cone. I will never go there again. Maybe Im spoiled by bg customer service, idk....but thank you all for being so amazing :-)

The food is good. Thats the only thing this branch has going for them. You cant really call yourself a fast service restaurant when you move slower than a sit down restaurant. Is takes 20 of my 30 min lunch break waiting for food. Heres a hint, you know a lunch rush is coming, they do everyday prepare early. Whats worse is you can watch how slowly everyone moves. There is no sense of urgency. My advice, only go here if you have plenty of time.

Sorry, but I think it is petty that they charge for ranch sauce and other condiments. If I am paying $8 for a burger, I should get whatever I want to dip my fries in for free. I can pay $2 at Jack in the Box and get whatever sauces I want, why is Burgerville so high and mighty that they charge??? And everyone knows Burgerville is too expensive to start with!

Ive been going here since I was a little girl, thats about 40 years now. I do not live in town any longer but, when I come it "tastes " like home! It might look messy but when I take a bite it takes me back to being a little girl and the excitement of seeing Mom bring home a delicious little burger in the golden brown wrapper and back then a bucket of fries!

The food was great, the only thing that needs to be changed is the parking lot, the driver through line often blocks the whole entrance to the parking lot and often spills out onto the street, however the food is amazing and service is relatively fast.

It’s your standard Burgerville. In my experience, the food is room temp. 60%-70% of the time and higher priced then comparable chains. That being said, the shakes and little cheese burgers (when warm) are pretty tasty.

I love the :) sauce...and I can even buy.n.take some home with me...I use it on a lot of things...and their real.shakes are"the bomb".. If u want good food pay the price...u want cheap...go to McDs and"blah"....

They use local ingredients to create delicious hamburgers cheeseburgers and other items. Their food is delicious in my opinion. Everyone that works there is nice. Its a great environment even for families.
