Went here tonight, Monday Signature Night for steak and shrimp. Waited in line 40 minutes while peering into a half empty restaurant, frustrating. They had a very inefficent cashier intake line. We paid $28 per person, including $8 each for a single serving of steak and shrimp. It was my wife and me. After being led to our table, we proceeded to the line for steak and shrimp. Oh boy. The steaks were cut as we watched and were really thin, a little thicker than 1/4"! It looked like they were simply saving money. The meat was cut right there and the guy cutting steaks was also putting them on a plate with seasoning and toppings. He was using same gloves to grab meat as to grab toppings and even scooping seasonings. He was very slow. They ran out of shrimp to cook for me but then got more but forgot me. The cook was cooking my steak and they finally heard me asking for my shrimp. This process took 20 minutes. It had been 60 minutes and I hadnt eaten a bite of food yet. So....my steak was to be mediim rare with the garlic and gorganzola topping. My shrimp with salt and pepper. My wife medium rare with mushrooms and gorganzola and shrimp with pesto. I have no idea how they did it but they mixed up everything. I got my wifes shrimp. She got all the gorganzola, and my thin steak was well done. The seasoning was supposed to be Johnnys but it tasted like it had chili pepper or spice. Wow, my steak was not good and I didnt eat it. We went to get other food and it went no better. Much of the food was overcooked. The roast beef was overcooked on the outside and bloody blue rare in the middle - yuck. The salad was not crisp. The asian spring rolls tasted of funky, old oil as did the fried chicken. The mashed potatoes were too soft and runny. I tried the dessert fruit tarts, cherry and apple, and they just crumbled when I lifted them off the plate. After being a monthly regular this was the first time I had been back in a year. It has really gone downhill. Its not worth the $65 I spent for me and my wife.

Theres lots of bogus or half truth reviews here. Clearly there is a hidden agenda in hyperbolizing their review. The comment from SB is inaccurate on the pricing. Breakfast is $12 including taxes, Lunch is $14, Brunch is $18.50, Dinner much more as of July 6, 2013. Pricing is available on their website. The service at the EB can be inconsistent and you need to keep flagging your waitress for refills. Basic buffet rules and etiquette apply. If youre a single diner ensure you cutlery is placed appropriately when going back to the buffet. Leave a jacket or something to show that you did not leave. If there is more than one diner, have one diner stay behind to ensure your table wont be cleared. As far as the food is concerned, everything nowadays is rather consistently good. In the past, they had quality and service issues, not its improved drastically. The buffet is very busy and mistakes happen. In terms of food, I personally, I avoid the salmon. It is always frozen not fresh and it never tastes right. This buffet is clearly the best in the northwest. Lots of Canadians come here after shopping. There are no longer any good or in fact reasonably priced buffets Western type like Eagles Buffet in Metro Vancouver. The closest is River Rock Casino. However, the RR has very limited selection, food tends to be overcooked or just simply sits out too long. Its all very expensive. There is poor food city inspection enforcement at the River Rock. The Asian buffets have now taken over, lol. For Asian food, thats where you go: Vancouver. As always, tip at least $1.00 per person for breakfast or lunch and a minimum of $2.00 per person at dinner.

The staff cleared my table twice after I had to wait 20 minutes for food to cook. Didnt eat anything till 23 minutes after I had paid, then less than 30 minutes goes by and my silverware was gone, went to get more food and and to ask for silverware. No apology from the staff. Second time the table was cleared I asked to see the manager who didnt even offer an apology the second time! Only a voucher for more food! Talked to the manager Jose and he said he would not offer refund so I asked for his managers name and number, will update as to what he does. Was tempted to speak with the casino manager but I doubt anything would have happened as he probably would have said to talk to the buffet manager. Food isnt that great anyways, it all tastes the same and its very very loud with some beeper going off every 10 minutes. Staff seem unappreciated. Needs new management for sure.

My mom and I went there on a Saturday for my birthday for the first time and where very disappointed, since the price was so high we expected better quality food or at least a variety of options but the there where very few options and the quality was awful. All of the food was bland and boring and the waitress we got was rushing us to leave when the place wasnt even half full. I am a 12 year old and the food I get at school is much better than this. The only thing we liked where the desserts which I thought where just decent at most. My mom says to save your money and go to Macdonalds

Its kinda disappointing. We came here on Tuesday for lunch expecting there to be seafood and crab because we saw the sign advertising Tuesday Crab and Seafood but we were told that its only for dinner. I guess its my mistake for not checking but it shouldve been clearer on the sign and website. The selections for Lunch is not that great. Not a lot to offer. Quality of food is mediocre at best. I shouldnt gone to the other seafood buffet in the area. At least there is more variety for the same price and quality.

Breakfast is fantastic with the omelett bar, waffle bar and so many items to choose from. We love the orange cottage cheese stuffed crape rolls.....so yummy!! The dinners are so tasty with much more variety then any other marysville buffet. The prices are fair, all inclusive drinks. Other buffets charge for your drinks. We love the Egles buffet at Tulalip!!!

I just LOVED the buffet. We went to the casino and this was the best part. Dont be surprised to pay $18.95 per person for dinner, but we got prime rib that was scrumptous and that made it worth every penny. The desert bar that was recently added was also amazing. I would highly recommend this buffet! We had a fantastic waiter too.

Hands down one of the worst buffets Ive ever been to. The quality of the food was atrocious. Everything was bland and tasteless and had a weird after taste. The only thing that LOOKED good was the omelette. Dont get me started on the horrible waitress. Way too expensive for how bad the quality was.

Was not impressed with the staff who were rude and bothered by you asking for help. The prime rib was over cooked and chewy. The pasta was a 7 minute wait and the Chinese food tasted like it came from a defrosted TV dinner. Save your money and go to the Golden Corral or Grand Buffet in Marysville.
