We were seated at a dirty table. When my wife asked if we could have the table wiped off, the lady just stared like my wife was crazy for asking. Then without reply she asks for our drink order. Then again, we asked to have the table wiped off. The woman the starts to scrape stuff off of the table with her fingernail. Then asked for our drink order again. After she left, we cleaned the table with disinfecting wipes. The food was ok for the most part. The Dungeness crab was so overcooked that the meat was too hard and dry to remove from the shell. The fried shrimp was not fresh and had a cheweyness to it that was unpleasant. Multiple people at our table had empty glasses for the majority of our visit. We did finally see a guy and ask for refills. We were obviously inconveniencing him. Our check was never brought out to us, and after waiting for as long as we could with an infant ready to leave, I went to the front desk and paid. Which caused mass confusion considering I didnt know the number of our table. Im not a waiter, how would I know our table number. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I will never go here again.

TREATED BADLY BY THEIR STAFF and the CONTAINERS OF FOOD WERE KEPT EMPTY. My wife and I met a few other couples there last night for dinner. The food was mediocre (Blue C is much better) and there were at least 15 + entrees which were KEPT empty the entire time and never replaced ( at 6:00 p.m.). We ate what scraps we could and we were leaving and went to pay. Without our knowledge they had combined our check with the other people at the table; some we didnt even know, never saw them before. Now, no server at any point came to talk to us to ask. They fought with us for about 10 full minutes questioning us about who we came with, what we drank (nothing) and if we knew the other people. I mean it was bizarre and an embarrassment. If you are going there for seafood, DONT. They also had the worst smallest, skinniest crab. Its really low quality except for MAYBE the sushi. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I went here for lunch with a co-worker. Lunch costs about $16 not including tip. I like sushi, and was pretty hungry at the time, so I figured I would at least get my moneys worth. But my co-worker doesnt like sushi, so he was limited to hot dishes. Now I have to say, I was disappointed by just about every food item I tasted. All of the food items were either bland, or had a strange, off-putting flavor. I tried their chicken, duck, and beef "special". Also, the sushi is not the highest quality, and you can tell that they chill large pre-made amounts in fridges for a few hours before lunch. Bottom line, acceptable, only b/c of being able to save money on sushi. The restaurant looks nice and is clean though, but I wouldnt recommend going here, unless you are really hungry, dont mind mediocrity, and you can eat a big amount of sushi in one sitting.

Pretty good selection, plenty of seating, but as with all buffets, its only good about every few months. UPDATE - changed this to 2 stars because I went with my friends while they were having Chinese New Year "food" and subsequently higher prices. We made the mistake of arriving 1 hour before closing so no new food came out. Everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Worst of all though, they charged us with the tip included. Im guessing because we were a group of 8, but seriously? Who includes tip in the buffet. Its not like there was any special service because we were a large group. I mean come on. Youre already charging more for Chinese New Years, then you charge a tip premium for a large group and a buffet? They totally do not understand customer service.

Man, tough crowd these reviewers are. I thought the place was fine! The restaurant is clean, the environment is open, and the experience was fun! And as most buffets go- No one item is gonna blow socks off. But the food as a whole was great! Learn to buffet folks- If you dont like something, then move on, you dont have to eat it! It is $16 for lunch. Youre not paying $16 for a 5 star meal. Dont be ridiculous people. Youre paying $16 for all you can eat! And the food was very much enjoyable! The only real valid comment ive seen in terms of complaints- Is the price difference between dinner and lunch. I can only assume there is a reason for that. However ive only been for dinner. But ill say it again- The whole experience was great!

This place used to be a better experience. I went today on Monday, which is nice because its a slow day, not too packed with people. The staff was getting ready to end the lunch day and it was way too obvious. One guy had big headphones on his neck while he was cleaning the counters. It was a generally unprofessional vibe. The food is not great, but not horrible. The caesar salad had way too much dressing which made it soggy and hard to eat. I enjoy the idea of the sushi and rolls, but the problem is they only use a limited amount of ingredients. Its basically more or less the same rolls but with a different appearance. Its unfortunate because this place is sadly still the best buffet in the area to my knowledge.

Though that the first time was just a fluke. Turns out it wasnt. Crab was freezer burnt! Sushi wasnt fresh, yes its made in front of you but the actual seafood used in the sushi is not fresh. For some reason the lobster was covered in slime and over cooked. Also the crab legs are so skinny there is basically no meat. The only thing that was ok was the ice cream, desserts, and oddly the beef short ribs a seafood place that cant get seafood right but there bbq is good!? And our server was very personable and nice. sorry to all the people that think its good food but 3.8 is way to high for this place. So disappointed, we left and had a satisfying meal at burger King if that explains anything.

I thought that it was a bargain. 6pm Monday night....23 bucks for all you can eat sushi...among other great looking foods. I thought the quality was good for a buffet. I had sushi at another place on Friday and it was 6 bucks for 2 pieces of tuna. This was every bit as good and I was happy about the price I paid. Their presentation is really nice for the amount of food they have prepared. I suppose if it was a slow time and the sushi, nigri and rolls sit for a while they could get a bit dry. that was not my case at all. I will frequent this place when I stay at the Marriott across the street.

The only buffet that runs out of food. Price NOT worth for the food quality and specially the taste. We ate there on a saturday, paid 23+/person. They have a wide variety of sushi but very few selection of main courses that needs to be refilled. I wanted the banana mango crepe but they ran out of it, wth! this is a buffet!!! Steam fish, fried rice, and crab trays were empty and was only refilled after 20minutes. Also the siomai, dumpling container, and some dessert trays were empty. They should assign someone just to refill the foods. Will never eat here again!
