When judging Chinese buffets, I always give a little leeway. Its difficult to keep all the food warm without over drying and all the pans full while cooking things right. Therefore, its tough to keep EVERYONE happy. That being said, this was the worst Chinese buffet Id ever been to and I will never go again. The food wasnt just dry, a good amount of it was inedible from overcooking. The squid could barely be chewed. After trying to rip the breaded shrimp with my fingers and realizing it felt like an eraser, I didnt want to put it in my mouth. BUT, seafood can be tricky at any buffet, so onward to...the orange chicken, whos sauce was watered down so much it barely stuck to the chicken. The walnut chicken was so dry the sauce had practically solidified on it. The ribs tasted really funky and dry. Even the low mein noodles were overcooked and gummy. After a while, my boyfriend looked at it as a CHALLENGE to find something decent to eat. We tried every food there (except the sushi and oysters). Our advice: if you are dragged here, go straight to the dessert table. Its not exceptional, but it at least tastes like it should.

no vuelvo a este bufet!!! para empezar en el area donde esta la fruta huele horrible, mas bien a drenaje, los baños apestan, y la ultima vez que fui entre semana llevaba a mi familia incluyendo a mis trillizas y otras veces me daban espacio para poner mi carriola y esa vez los meseros se portaron horrible dandome una mesa pequeña hasta el fondo del reataurant y no habia casi nada de gente omg!! le pedi una mesa mas grande para sentar a 6 personas y no me la quisieron dar, la verdad me senti muy mal al haberme discriminado de esa forma

to be honest, despite all the horrible yelp reviews i actually liked this place...it had a wider variety of food than other chinese buffets id been to, and even though certain times of the day the food sits out and gets dry some of the meat items (e.g. wonton soup, shu mai, potstickers...which all use the same meat) had a really fantastic flavor. however, we went last wednesday for my brothers birthday...on friday we were struck with horrible food poisoning. today is memorial day monday and im still suffering the effects. i knew it was this place because my mom, brother, son and i all came here and fell ill, and we hadnt eaten anything else together. so as much as i like much of ther food they have there, im PREETTTY hesitant on going back, even though wed gone a few times before with no problems. guess you cant fully trust a chinese buffet in hayward that plays music from wild 94.9. p.s. they charge kids 3 and older, even though 3-year-olds hardly eat anything,

Complete and total rip off. Its rather sad that the best thing there was the soda. Pizza was under cooked and doughy (not to mention out of place for an Asian restaurant), sushi was below the quality you can find in any gas station, horribly over priced ($35 for two people) and to top it off, even the store bought deserts they made available had a strange fimly taste that I can still remember as being just wrong. Place is run down and giant pieces of the ceiling were missing. I felt rather sad looking at the 6 other people in the room who all had this unsatisfied look on their face. Wife and I were worried wed have food poisoning with all the under rated fare available. Just simply avoid. They dont care if they rip you off. They may pride themselves on their quantity... But large quantities of junk is still junk.

Decent food I just drown it it in siracha. The servers suck though. Their deep fried calamari is soggy. The orange chiken is left in a pool of sauce that makes it soggy as hell. Their sushi is mushy and not good at all. The servers are decent. The crab is over cooked and gross. They have cooked oysters that have this nasty green thing in them that does not look appetizing. Also, their food just stays in a pool of grease under the hot lamp and it takes 3 napkins to squeeze out the oil from one eggroll. Its very pricey at around 15 dollars just for the food alone. Should at least include a drink because the food isnt worth it. If you arent picky about food and just want to stuff your face all you want this is the place to be.

No. No. No. Just dont. I thought I wouldnt have the energy to write this review due to the parasites slowly decomposing my inards. Im about to go to McDonalds to get the taste out of my mouth. I knew they didnt do American food well, but I walked in and saw raw frozen fries laying out. My boyfriend had to push the peaches aside and his sister literally spat it out. The ice cream was sugar water and tasted like actual dirty water. All the food was dry and worthless with a price that was sky high. Save your money and just dont because youre gonna have a bad time. Dont do it.

What an extraordinary seafood buffet! Omg....so so so so good. The quality of the seafood is fresh and cooked so well it is yummy. Incredibly priced for that quality of seafood from oysters, clams, shrimps, white fish and more. They also have soups, amazing french fries, pizzas, ice creams. They have a sushi bar, veggies, lots of fruits and cookies. At the corner of mission blvd and Fletcher lane. They have free parking in the back. They offer lunch and dinner buffet. My son loves sushi so i will definitely bring him so he can enjoy a variety of seafood.

Compared to what this place was 2 years ago, its not even close. The service is alright but what most upsets me is the quality of the food. I dont know if they got a new cook, but man was every dish half assed. Needless to say I will not be returning especially since the building itself looks beat down, I saw spots on the roof that were leaking?!?!?!? They need a new maintenance team and a new cook...

Never will I go to this place again! The food was horrible and looked like it was sitting for a while. We got there 2 1/2 hrs before closing and they never brought out fresh food and when we went to go ask for fresh food they told they were already cleaning up. To make thins even better we got sick the next day and found out this plaxe has been fined before for rats and being unsanitary. Never again!

Too salty, not very flavorful, sits in warming trays too long (problem with most buffets). Great variety, nice staff. Ambiance, NIL. Kind of expensive given the quality; must be based on quantity. Many obese people eat a LOT there on the days Ive been (twice). Wont go back.

This restaurant is one of the very "BAD" restaurants! Upon entering in side you know very bad smile like restrooms. ⛔️Old and outdated food. Very bad customer service. In restrooms has wedge and piss on the floor ... Oh M G No clean. I threw up after eating

Food was obviously sitting out way too long, a lot of the food was overly salty, and the sushi selection was a joke. Tho I will add a disclaimer that I went there on labor day. And its quite possible that I got the bottom of the barrel due to that.
