Best Indian Restaurant in the Seattle area. It serves an array of items, South Indian, North Indian, Mughulai and coastal areas of India that satisfies people of all demographics, both meat eaters and vegetarian. The tomato and mint chutneys with Naan and Tandoori items goes so well. Their Pongal is awesome, their Biryanis have the Hyderabadi taste, their Nihari chicken is excellent.. the list goes on. I am food critic in my own way, been there over 100 times since they opened and never been disappointed in anyway whatsoever. Service, Food quality, friendly and highly attentive staff. Its a 5 star fine dinning place. Seriously why would you want to go anywhere else?

This dining spot is a revelation. Top of Nob Hill on a quiet street (Jones). One seating (7pm) and the service begins. And what service and what a dining experience. Fish flown in fresh from Tokyo fish market each day. Artful and surprising. Clean flavors and innovative -- no heavy sauces, While diners are served courses at the same time, you never feel you are in a group situation. The Japanese style of welcome and manners is evident. The chef deserves huge kudos (step aside celebrity chefs) for the food, the creativity and presentation. The service is friendly and gracious. You will feel every dollar is well spent and will look forward to coming again.

O K buffet. Noting was actually BAD, but then again, noting was worth specifically mentioning in a review either. The butter chicken was relatively tasty, but the sauce was WAY to thin. Very water like. This was a common theme. The other dishes were similar. tasty, but just not "right". The gulab jamun were no where near as sweet as normal, this made them similar to wet hush puppies. The kheer (one of my favorite dishes), was OK, but again? WAY too thin. Lastly, the ONLY dish available for deserts is the very small stainless steel cups that are traditionally used to segregate items on your plate, or to contain the soup. $15 per person.

When I can a year ago for the grand opening I was not pleased. The food was bland. But today I was extremely impressed. Food was flavorful, fresh, authentic and delicious. Im so happy my husband convinced me to try it out again. Best of all they offer a dinner buffet. A lot of Indian restaurants only offer a lunch buffet. They made sure all the food remained fresh. We got to try a little of everything and tasted things I wouldnt normally order off a menu. Needless to say we will definately be coming back very soon.

This is my absolute favorite Indian restaurant in the Puget Sound area. Very authentic, with mostly Indian customers, which, alone, will tell you about the quality of the food. The restaurant atmosphere is nice, the dishes well spiced, meat is of a high quality and certified halal. Also, the meat dishes are quite flavorful and tender. I love coming here every time I am in Bellevue. Also, the food is quite affordable for an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet.

Food quality was ok, and so was variety of food items. However, this is one of the restaurants that dont let you order à la carte even if you are ordering one from the buffet menu they already have! One time, when they let us order à la carte, they took about 45 minutes to serve us just 1 entree (which again was right there in front of us on the buffet table). Unless they change that, I wont be visiting anytime soon for a quick bite.

Excellent buffet dinner with plenty of options. everything was fresh and the service was friendly and responsive. My wife and I would say this is the best Indian restaurant weve been to in the Puget sound region. The atmosphere was simple and clean. Not a formal upscale restaurant, however the food made up for that. Price was great for all you can eat buffet. well be going again when were back in the area.

Dear Sir ,i am searching the site for halal (Zabiha) cooked meat , I found that there is no HFSSA certification is there , ie. a little bit suspicion arises in my mind whether the food served is exactly halal or not . if you will take this certificate from HFSSA it will be anybody first sight of selection, because person is sure about Halal. Please dont take it otherwise i am not an advocate for HFSSA.

Im an Indian and a Vegetarian. The food is excellent for an Indian restaurant in Seattle area. Their buffet has a wide variety. Im very impressed by their service. They are always polite, always wanting to see how best they can serve the guests. However, the food doesnt match the quality you get back in India or in Bay area.

Worst food ever...... we went for lunch buffet.... if it had a half star option, I would give it Half star for good naan. That is it. Nothing else was even close to what it actually tastes. Nothing was fresh prepared. My stomach was all upset after eating food here. Would never ever recommend it to anyone!!

I ordered chicken Manchuria, noodles, chilly chicken as the restaurant mentioned they also serve info Chinese dishes but believe me its the worst food I ever tasted. Not a single item tasted good. I dumped everything in the dumpster just in 5 mins. Am very disappointed that I choose this restaurant today.

The most delicious India food in the Pacific Northwest. Nowhere else has such a delectable, wide variety of the offerings of the Indian continent. Idlis and Gulab jamon so light they melt in your mouth. Every dish with its distinctive spices perfectly mixed. Naan AND dosas.

Awesome food, efficient and friendly staff. $10.99 Dinner buffet. As a first time visitor, I was not aware that the practice was to pay after you eat. The sheer amount of steadily arriving and departing customers speaks to its following of local Indian food lovers.

Just ordered naan to go, but got old, stale pieces, maybe from last days buffet. Some even had gravy marks on them. I just hope they didnt include left overs from peoples plates. If this is the way they operate, I dont want to explore further.

Pathetic..has degraded the standard... No goat/lamb curry, no chicken biryani, the goat biryani was half coocked..only plain dosha..no masala dosha..the chicken curry had no taste ..was just boiled... Panner, kachauri & pspar were good..

Great Indian Buffet. If you want to sample many different types of dishes or are extremely hungry, this is great value for your money. The food offered in the buffet are also good quality. Lots of veg options too.
