I use to love this stuff..but the service and quality of food has decreased dramatically and no longer worth a drain of our pocket$$. Some of the vegis are soggy and look like they were re-heated or sat there all day. The meat is greasy&very salty. To be fair we were going there during busy hours(dinner) so perhaps the staff just had some bad days but for a buffet,they ran out of food too often but too slow(sometimes rude)to replace it. The sushi bar service was an interesting&humbling experience;each time I went, the samishi(salmon by itself)seem to be finished and Id ask the guy behind the counter and he would tell me to wait 10min&then take a break then come back 15min later to prep the samishi--mind you Im starving and came to the place looking fwd to this specific dish, but I guess thats a personal problem

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area, this was my first time eating there today. Ive passed by here for 2 years, the food was delicious, there was a lot of different entrees to pick from. The customer service was very professional and the restroom and restaurant as a whole was very clean, you must go check it out take your family!! The prices are very reasonable I told the owner I was going to give him 5 stars. Dont take my word for it, go try it for yourself you wont regret it, you will tell all your family and friends. Its a real good place for Church get-togethers

The place was clean, food good. However we were treated with disrespect. We were eating and laughing and enjoying ourselves. Several times the waitress came our food.table to tell us how much we owe. We hadnt even finished our. She came again saying how much we owe. So I asked do you want us to pay now? She said yes but every other group paid as they were leaving. I politely informed them that not all black people steal or run out without paying. I dont like places like this who treat people like criminals because of the color of their skin.

Changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star after witnessing horrible customer service. Saw 2 customers who grabbed a plate from the dinner section. When they had paid for lunch because they came 30 minutes before dinner time. The staff was rude and demanded extra payment after the customer had not even touched the food. There couls have veen better ways to handle the situtation.

We like eating here, It has good food to eat, We used eat here more often like 2 or 3 times a week, were like the only customers who know him and how Im the only youngster who he knows and likes to have fun with from time to time like saying that I should work there, pretty much we have been there countless times and have known the owner and perhaps some of the workers there too

This place is a diamond in the rough! Good healthy food not a lot of salt just what I like, and the employees are very friendly and Restaurant is clean! So many different dishes to choose from!! Why didnt I know about this place sooner, thanks to my family taking us here, now I will try to come back again soon!!!

Super disgusting, thought I would power thru since I had already committed my pockets. 2 people with me couldnt eat anything. 1 ate only fruit and I stopped midway thru my meal as it became to much. I choose to pay not to eat anymore . If you like low quality, particle ridden, mystery food this is your place

3.5 stars! from me. My son and I went together for the first time. We had a really good time fellowshiping and sampling the various dishes. More than 5 types of ice served. Saw a young women eating a pan of the $2.99lbs for buttered, garlicky soaked lobster. Gonna go back and try some. Staff was friendly

At 3p dinner..show lobster tail dinner..price at 16.25. Not including drink. No lobster tail nowhere..ask for it they give me shrimp tail..Sad ..bathroom dirty and wet floor coming out of bathroom. Dining floor dirty..food was cold and not really good..i wont come back..it not worth wat I paid for..

The quality of food is at very minimum. The restaurant is very dirty! Mind you in sitting in here as I type this right now. My booth smells like a rotten corpse is near and of course I look around a see a dead mouse under my table. Please people beware!

I used to love this place because of its excellent service, clean environment, and great food. As of today their service needs improvement. Chairs are broken, dirty carpet, and smelly plates. The food is alright, still better than hometown buffet.

NYC Buffet is an all you can eat buffet, nothing really outstanding. Baked salmon was overcooked, as was the mackerel. The cantaloupe and honeydew were not ripe and hard. Cheesecake, coffee cake, ice cream were good. Clam chowder watery.

They was slow to put out food adter thry ran out. They didnt have a large selection of food to choose from and I had to repeatedly asked them to put out more food after they ran out.

I love the chop suey!! I get to say how I wanted done-with shrimp, chicken or steak, or all 3! Sushi is fresh and delicious! The variety is really good. You should check it out!
