Id give it no stars if i could. Absolute worst place ive ever been-not eaten at because we didnt do that there. My friends and i, a group of five, were told it would be a half hour wait. Fine ok well wait, no problem. It was the way it was said. I can only describe it as "i dont want you here, so im hoping you leave" It wasnt busy at all, a few tables. Twenty minutes after we were finally sat we got water, which was spilled. A while after our order was taken we had to help ourselves to water from the pitchers as no one had returned check on us. We had ordered apps, they came half and hour later, one of which was cold in the middle, and still not up to temp to legally serve. Seafood in the danger zone can make people seriously sick. We watched two other tables get apps and salads before us. After 2&1/2 hours wed had enough. We paid for the apps and drinks and left. The wait staff clearly was avoiding us while having no trouble chatting everyone else up. Theyve stolen my time and appetite, and i hope i dont catch a food borne illness in return.

Absolutely terrible experience, was told 30 min wait which was fine but they had several open tables after 10 min, didnt get addressed for 20 min after seating after which point we were never checked on, had to serve our own water took another 20 min before we got our ordered drinks and a total of 1.75 hours from arrival to SALADS being brought out the cheese dip was brought out cold and the staff could not have been more clearly avoiding us finally after 2 and a half hours we decided not to wait for our meal and instead paid for our apps and drinks left no tip and left I will never go back and honestly this was THE WORST experience Ive had and having worked in the industry I know what is expected,.......go instead to the "haunted" tokeland inn much more amazing experience there!

Grossly understaffed. 2 wait staff, 1 cook, and a dishwasher for a place this size is ridiculous. We ate here last night... Prime rib and all you can eat prawns. 30 minutes to a table, 30 minutes to get drinks, another hour to get cold food. Server problem, I think not. Michael, the manager, managed to come in and yell at the staff in front of the patrons 3 times during our time there. The servers were in tears. They were literally running, but were so understaffed for the crowd they had no chance. Michael was a disgrace and it took plenty of patience for my table to not whoop his worthless butt for the way he acted toward his staff.

Slow, slow, slow!! It would have been nice to be given the heads up, an estimated time on food, now almost 2 hours later, my family is still hungry! Going somewhere else! Four other families left before their food was done as well, as they had been waiting forever too! One waitress was good while the other walked by like 5 times and didnt ask to refill our drinks at all. The people next to us food came out cold too and they were out of there! Such a shame as we enjoyed this restaurant last year we came.

Excellent food and a wonderful surprise at the exit off 105 to Tokeland. The waitress wore many hats and we were thankful they werent busy during our afternoon visit on a Sunday before clam digging. The food was excellent, I had Mahi Mahi grilled tacos. They did it right!! Fresh cut mangos made into a tossed salsa covered a generous portion of grilled tuna. We were lucky theywere out of regular fries, we got sweet potatoe fries!! Yum!

Horrible! Bad service! Sat for an hour and watch those a who arrived at least 1/2 after, receive food and 2 rounds of drinks prior to us. Spoke to waitress who complained about loss of help as she cleaned a table...when she actually should have been apologizing and get on our service instead. Manager apparently was aware but wasnt there to help. Unbelievablely BAD!!!! FOOD??? Didnt have the time to wait for.

Waited 45 minutes to have a waitress even come to our table, then more to give us water, 30 minutes later got our salad, 45 minutes later got our meals. Food was alright but service was so horrible. Would not recommend. Its like the only restaurant in town but its not worth it. If you do go dont order the clam linguine, its basically flavorless

Delicious food & our server, Amber, did an excellent job even though they were severely under staffed. She was bartending, helping in the kitchen, bussing tables, & serving. Way too much for one server to do! We couldnt blame her for the long wait time to order & receive our food, that is a management issue that needs to be addressed!

The ambiance was decent and my martini was very good and inexpensive. On the other hand the food was over cooked and way over priced. My mother had a crab melt that came on white sliced bread and served with French fries for 14$. That was a sad sight sight to see. Unfortunate because the menu looked so promising......

Thank you for a wonderful experience! We traveled from westport looking for some fresh seafood.. And we found it! The crab dip, salmon and clams were delicious! We got a seat next to the window and had a great time. The young waitress with darker hair was so sweet, we got perfect food and service. Thank you again!

As a local Id say they are by far the best around and prices are generally reasonable. If you like fish tacos they have the best. Garlic fries are an excellent appetizer along with the complimentary fry bread. Bar is a work in progress but for a small town restaurant you really cant ask for much more

We made a meal of appetizers and wine (clams, clam chowder, crab cakes, fry bread). The food and service were first rate, and the bill came in under $40. Throw in a wonderful ocean view, and you have one of the best deals on the Oregon and Washington coast.

My family went to Sand Verbena in Tokeland for my birthday. The fish and chips we all had were delicious and moist not dry. The apple pie and chocolate cake was also very good. The waitress was friendly. We will go back again.

Had wonderful clam linguini! Fry bread and honey butter was a nice touch instead of bread. Razor clam chowder was awesome! Salad was dull and bitter tasting and not enough dressing
