We had 5 orders of fajitas for take out in addition to other items and recieved zero tortillas. We called the restaurant about the missing tortillas. They said we could return to the restaurant (15+ minute drive). They would not credit our bill. When we asked to talk to a manager they said "there is no manager on duty". Our take out order was over $100 for 6 people. Everything we ordered was bland. It was basically like eating paper. This restaurant will never get my business again. Collectively we would give a review of zero stars but 1 star was the lowest possible rating.

This is one of the top places to eat in town and the best Mexican food Ive had anywhere. I lived in Ocean Shores for 13 years and never heard a single person complain about going to eat here. It is popular for dances, after church crowd, and everyone in general. The prices are very good as well, probably the best in town. The other two best places to eat near here are Lucky Dragon (Chinese) and Alecs (Seafood, steaks, pasta), if you dont eat at one of these three places then you are missing out.

Manager that seated us in the bar was very rude and gave us attitude when we ordered two Cadillac margaritas. Told us to hurry up cause we were taking too long when we asked what brand of tequila was in the margaritas. Then we asked if we get chips and salsa and he said "dont worry about it...I have other tables to get to." We left immediately and went to IV Hermanos and had excellent service.

No Bueno!!! The food tasteless taco salad had No flavor even after adding salsa had onions in it, chips were stale, quesidilla wasnt even melted all the way and the cheese was greasy, we had to ask for more stale chips, the rest rooms were dirty. They offered before we ordered to add rice and beans for $ .99 . But couldnt do after unless they got a mngr. approval. Never come here again, yukkkkkk

The food here looks great it taste terrible. It was burnt, the chorizo was egg and breakfast sausage, the side of guacamole had no seasoning, the salsa tasted worse than taco bell packets. Rice may have been out of a box. Margarita used super cheap tequila, over poured. I would choose fastfood texmex over this place. It made me sad. Only nice thing was the staff were friendly.

Staff and atmosphere are great but the place suffers from lack of quality in the actual food department. The ground beef in the tacos was bland and seemed to be cooked directly from the freezer; there was liquid dripping from taco and i assumed it was fat but it was straight water. The house salsa was good and the service was fast but the tacos were horrible.

The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. Theres a fountain in the middle of the restaurant and it felt humid and smelled like chemicals when we went in. Thats my lasting impression, along with how the inside echoed and when it filled up, it got loud. We had the fajitas and they were generous and delicious.

The whole restaurant is completely dirty. Food on the walls that is starting to get mold on them. Food isnt thay great either. Over priced and there chips are old. Not a very good experience there at all. Will never go back again. There bathrooms are discusting too. I dont think theyve been cleaned Im months ..

I have to at least give it one star just so I can rate it. The juice tasted like it was water down. The food was Bland. Their menus and flip boards on their tables were dirty. They need to dust everywhere. Their prices are not worth it I dont recommend it. And dont drink their water it tastes like dirt.

Horrible service. Waited five minutes to be sat when the whole restaurant was open. Then we did 20 minutes to not get any service. Not even a drink order. We left a five dollar tip on the table for the chips and salsa that we ate, but we felt bad about leaving that much for them to do nothing! Never returning.

On our honeymoon.....finally lol and come here because I want nachos. They made them totally opposite of to go order. Here my husbands food is back at hotel room getting cold. 15 minutes they say to remake! Unacceptable and Im definitely not a happy camper. Who screws up NACHOS AT A MEXICAN RESTAURANT haha

Like many businesses in Ocean Shores, they are understaffed. Sometimes big groups can slow the service. Nothing particularly remarkable about the food and the flatware is the cheapest Ive ever seen in a restaurant. It is a pretty good dining environment. The Cantina is nice for Ocean Shores as well.

Bad food.... bad service... could only muscle down a couple bites.... talked to manager he split the 52 dollar bill with me even though my family barely ate anything....and the waitress was rude and had to be asked to fill our drinks once we finally got them 20 minutes after we got there...

Decent Mexican food. I would not say it is authentic but it is also not a sell out to total Americanized Mexican food. For decent Tex Mex in Ocean Shores give it a try. You wont be disappointment. You also likely wont remember it as the best Mexican you have had.

Visited Ocean Shores with our kids (16, 14, 5) we were seated immediately and given drinks & chips but then felt like we were forgotten about. Waited and tried to get refills on drinks, food didnt come out for 20 minutes. Very disappointing. Would NOT recommend.

First we didnt get what we ordered so we had to wait for them to remake the food. The food was not good, one person felt that Taco Bell is better mexican food. I was counting on the google reviews that it would be good but it was not. Would not return here.

Excellent food and a fantastic price, Las Marcas is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Its my go to place for lunch and the staff is super friendly. I always feel incredibly welcome and taken care of there!!

This is our second time being in Ocean Shores and our second time eating at Maracas. The food is good, and the service was speedy. Not many people were there this time. But it is the start of the slow season.

Best Mexican in town, much better than the competition. Their chicken taquitos are some of the best Ive had. If you like hot hot salsa, ask for their picante sauce with red pepper flakes. Good for take out.

Our waitress was great, food was good, yummy raspberry cheesecake chimichanga (which I havent seen before) and fried ice cream, prices were reasonable. Cool water fountain in the middle of the restaurant.

We had just a couple tacos and the ground beef was so watered down that the hard shell was soggy. The ground beef had no flavor. The service was quick though and the waitress was very pleasant.
