I got a turkey sandwich with lettuce and onion. The sandwich was pretty much just slapped together with absolutely no mayonnaise or anything else. It was literally just a dry sandwich and was terrible. If I wanted that type of product, I would go to McDonalds. Panera is extremely overpriced for what they offer. This was truly a disappointing experience. I will think twice before ever going to Panera Bread again in the future.

What happened to the delicious Asian chicken salad since the last time I ate there? The one I loved was made fresh by hand with delicious dressing. Today I got a salad that must have been in a very large bowl for most of the morning. There was no crispness, no nice white meat chunks, and the dressing had changed to one I didnt like. The help, though, was wonderful, hence the one star.

They are ALWAYS out of something on the menu! Out of the last 10 times I have been in they have been out of the 4.cheese soufflé 9 times. And it doesnt matter what time I go in. One time it was ten minutes until they came out of the oven and today it was going to be 20 minutes! Get a clue, guys! Maybe, just maybe you should be on top of things a bit more.

Impatient cashier. She couldnt wait for me to decide what to get my toddler. I also waited 20 min with my toddler and baby for the one kids plate to arrive and ended up going up to the counter to get it my myself. Other people were taken their food that ordered after us. I like their food but this experience should not have happened.

Im a huge fan of Paneras offerings and its atmosphere. Ive found this Panera to be a fun and lively place, where the employees and management are concerned about the customers. In terms of a study/work space, this location offers numerous advantages. The addition of more power outlets would be a welcome enhancement.

This Panera Bread at Tacoma Mall is horrible. Ordered 2 Ancient Grain, Arugula Salad to go and when I got home the Arugula wasnt even fresh. The greenish color of arugula was turning yellow. The apple was cut into big cubes and brownish in color. It was very sloppy salad over all.

Tasty bakery with loyalty program that sometimes rewards you with random free stuff even if you havent purchased anything lately. Worth signing up for to get free cookie on birthday and whatnot even if you dont care for most of the food. Altho who doesnt like soup and sandwich?

My favorite Panera in Tacoma. I am so glad the Tacoma Mall has this Panera. Food is delicious and service is great. I especially like this place for breakfast. My Baked Egg Soufflés is delicious. It is just a great place to study, work, and to enjoy the sunrise.

I love panera for the good fresh food but with rapid pick up, making it possible to order from my phone and run in for my food later its even more amazing. When I dont have time to make breakfast and dont want to talk to anyone this is my go to!

James minor and Athena are wonderful managers!!! So are the kitchen workers. They were so inviting and had a wonderful fast service. They made my little son so happy! Super fast service and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you guys!!!

I ordered the French Bread - Miche, large loaf, sliced. Lacking in moisture, good flavor but day-oldish stale texture. Too dry for a sandwich, it made for some expensive toast. The cinnamon rolls were quite delicious. Staff was friendly.

My husbands meal was good, however my soup was not very hot and my grilled cheese sandwich I had to search for the cheese, it was the worst sandwich I have had in a long time. Normally, I like what I order, not tonight though.

Loved the food. Too bad the outdoor seating was such a mess, big tub of dirty dishes, napkins all over the place, dirty tables. And across from the mall garbage disposal area. Not very appealing. Luckily the food was delicious.

Wife ordered tortellini Alfredo and she was given Mac n cheese, which was cold. They didnt even apologize for the mistake. They also never asked me what I want with my sandwich. They just gave me chips.
