Been eating at this location for quite a few years, its really gone down hill. Expensive! (probably a corporate issue, not a location issue). This location is consistently dirty. Food/hand prints on walls in booths, windows; dish stations are placed in the most constrained/cramped locations possible. For example: one is exactly opposite the drink machine with maybe 4 feet of space between them. Location consistently runs out of food/ingredients. Often dont have a roll, bread, bagel, or soup we want. Horrible planning. Just not impressed anymore. Ive submitted specific feedback to this location via the Panera website and the manager/owner gave no response (assuming they received it). Anyway, when I pay $20 for 2 sandwiches with some soup and chips, it better be amazing. Its not….its pretty average to be honest.

Every time I go to this Panera Bread, and frankly most Panera Breads, I get really friendly service w/a smile. Sometimes they can get a little fidgety if you come in RIGHT before they are supposed to close, but they are generally still very nice and try not to bother you. Weird elevator music lately, but some could describe that as soothing. I am never dissapointed with the food at Panera Bread, which is the main reason I love going here... kinda expensive for soup/salad/sandwich stuff but it is SO good. This Panera bread is in the shopping center with the Home Depot/Costco/Best Buy in the Hawks prairie area. Right across the street from Wells Fargo and McDonalds, which Im looking at out the window at the moment on Marvin Road.

Went to lunch today with my husband at the Lacey location. It seems the kitchen staff was more interested in socializing with each other than delivering good sandwiches. My tuna arrived with 2 teaspoons of tuna salad that barely spread over the half a slice of bread. The lettuce had brown edges as well. The broccoli soup was the only edible food item. My husband order was good, but not great. The entire meal we were subjected to the flirting and socializing of the kitchen staff. Example: "I only come to work to relax and have adult conversation" or hiw about " Do you ever watch Secret Life of the American Teenager " . Not a good experience Panera Bread!! Wont be back. :(

We went to the address provided and there is undoubtedly not a panera bread store at this location. If you look at the phone number provided it is the same as the one for the "Marvin road" location. On Paneras website there is only one panera bread location in the 98503,98502,and 98501 zip codes. On top of the fact that there isnt one here at the location there will not be any stores or restaurants in this area. It is a neighborhood area.

I have always liked this spot. Clean and friendly. Stopped going when I started really reading the ingredients for many of my favorites. Happy to say that they have "cleaned up" their menu. Less junk in their recipes. Tasty. I really liked the assortment of cold teas. No sugar and no fake stuff. Ill be slowly adding choices as I vet them.

-- frequent customer-- Great food but they have a staffing issue before 7 in the morning. More than one customer comes in.... you will wait and wait and wait. I do notice sometimes they will pull additional people to help cashier.... sometimes. so if want timely service before 7 in the morning... go somewhere else

We enjoy eating at Panera. The food is fresh and very tasty. The service has always been good. Normally we clear our own table but today Jayne came around and was servicing as many tables as possible. It was not necessary but very much appreciated!

This place is one of my favorite places to spend a little time catching up with friends. The for is great and the joia soda was so refreshing. I do recommend it. The wonton soup is always a great treat. And the people are so nice!

This Panera has always been super clean and has friendly staff. Food portions are on point and delicious. They have food runners deliver your food to your table, an extra service for Panera. Love this quaint location.

The Wi-Fi was not working. I had ordered a whole Cesar salad and they gave me a half portion with old lettuce. I think I will stick to going to the one in Olympia or Lakewood Town Center.

Its an everyday Panera in a nicer strip mall. This locations parking and access are a bit strange due to how the shopping center is laid out, but other than that this a great place.
