Panera Bread is our go-to breakfast and lunch "on a budget" spot. I feel it offers the best bang for the buck. The food is consistently well prepared, delicious, and healthy. When my order arrives, I usually think to myself: "I love this place. This sandwich would cost double -- and probably not even be as tasty or healthy -- at a traditional restaurant." Also, the rewards program offers SOLID deals. Free month of coffee, for example, was the bomb. Last but not least, the staff is great. Friendly, energetic, and fun. My one complaint: keep a better eye on the bus stations and remove the dishes when they fill up. Ive had to do so some precarious balancing acts to clear my table! Love this place though.

We come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we come for soups when we are sick, and, most recently, we come when we do not have time to grocery shop or make food while caring for our newborn. When we mentioned our newborn they wrote a "congratulations" note and gave us two chocolate chip cookies. The workers here are amazing and the food is great. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The Rapid pick-up app is very convenient, although I have brought up a few suggestions to change a few times (you cant order "Group Soup" and the latest PICK-UP time for breakfast is the latest time that you can ORDER in-store).

I have searched G.H. for a good crusty European bread with no luck. Decided to try Panera. WHAT A MISTAKE! Their "Franch" bread, which I purchased for the exorbitant price of $7.75, will be in Mondays garbage pick-up. What a waste of time, effort and money. DONT GO THERE! Good crusty European type breads can be found however, at the Metropolitan Market in Tacoma - especially those from Seattles Grand Central Baking Co. What a shame to have to go to Tacoma for decent bread. Stay away from Panera if you are looking for good bread!

Ive eaten at this Panera Bread a few times, and I love it! The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and its delivery to my table is lightening fast! Before I can say "lunch time!" my food is at my table. If theres any complaint I have its the garbage outside doesnt get cleaned out often enough. More than once, Ive eaten outside on nice days and found junk strewn about outside the main entrance to the restaurant. That doesnt make for a very appealing appearance to an otherwise nice place, now does it?

went in on a thursday night, wasnt busy at all. although, my food took 10 minutes to make. i ordered a cup of soup and half a grilled cheese, how hard could it be? i also ordered an extra baguette (i like dipping it in the broccoli cheddar...so yummy) the baguette they gave me was ripped in two, old and hard. this place isnt cheap...so, it would be nice to get my moneys worth. also, the grilled cheese was not good!!

I adore Panera Breads food. Unfortunately, my last several visits to the Gig Harbor Panera Bread have been very disappointing. I always order a simple salad, but every time the employees screw my order up. They always forget to put the dressing on the side, even when I have requested it, and last time they forgot to put the CHICKEN on my salad! I paid $9 for lettuce, strawberries, and dressing. Not worth it at all.

They always get my order REALLY wrong. Like out meat on my sandwiches that I ordered á vegetarian. Yes, Ive checked my receipts and they always say NO MEAT. The other food options are tasty and they have good alternative options. Its a relaxed atmosphere without any pushy table service. So I usually get soda and soup or pastry and get caught up on work or a friend.

The food is very good. I have always enjoyed their food, but the everytime I have placed and order there has been something wrong with it. Either its made wrong or missing something. WORST SERVICE EVER. I dont like having to call everytime and have it fixed or replaced. They need to work on getting the orders correct and accurate.

This store has the friendliest staff out of all the panera stores ive been to, not to mention there is electric outlet on almost every table. My only complaint is their salad portions. Its getting smaller and smaller over time but I dont think its universal in all panera bread.

Its Panera. Good food (ALWAYS fresh) and decent service. Most of the employees are flawless on most days, but there is always one who prevents them from receiving that fifth star. That being said Panera is always worth the money.

This was hands down the worst food service I ever had in my life. I waited 45 minutes for my meal. They were rude and did not treat me like a customer. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again.
