So we had amazing food the day before but would give no stars if an option for customer service. We are up here for the unexpected death of my brother. I explained our debit card was put on hold last night but only had $27 cash with us that I had just left the funeral home and had not eaten all day. I asked to order off the kids menu so we could be sure to eat something. We had just been there the day before we had told the waitress and were allowed to because my appetite has been next to none... Instead we are told by this waitress she would not allow it and did not understand why we would even come in to eat if we didnt have money. All we wanted was a couple things so we could eat. I asked to talk to the manager on duty and she refused so I could try to explain that we did not know what the total would be with tax because we are here from Oregon and she refused to send the manager to our booth to even ask. I have a job I work and have been at restaurants all the time they give me free meal and not even asking and I will leave the amount of the meal on the table Because I never ask for anything free but this server was horrible after just dealing with final arrangements for my little brother. We will never go here again and I hope no one else encounters the heartlessness of the people that work there. All we wanted and had enough money for was the kids menu.... But whatever

My husband and I have been to Elliott Bay twice--the first time as a couple dining alone (5-08) and this last time with our toddler son (5-09). Both times were awesome and a wonderful experience! The food is outstanding, its so hard to stop eating to save room for dessert!! I went out on a limb and tried the Caesar salad and I was not disappointed!! My husband loved the fries though the hamburger buns were a little stale. Both times, we had an excellent waiter and wonderful service--this last time, they were also very accommodating to our toddler son, letting us order his food early, making a side of "over cooked" veggies for him which were perfect--we were able to feed him before our meal came so we could enjoy our fantastic dinners--every bite was a pleasure!! I had the special fish for the evening, oh my, it was soooo good!!! We dont go out to dinner very often, its something we enjoy doing when we vacation--we save calories and money on a daily basis but every calorie and dollar spent at Elliott Bay is worth it!!

This is the best brew pub experience youll have in West Seattle, if not in Seattle overall. The beers are great, with a solid foundation of consistently-available variety and a rotating cast of seasonal and experimental brews. Their food is really good, too. It wasnt always as good, but theyre in a sweet spot right now. Great for families, dates, meetings, etc. Things they can improve? Their TV game is weak. The staff doesnt really curate whats playing, and there arent a ton of screens. So, youll have to crane your next to squint at whatevers on, and it might be something weird like an infomercial. Also, especially if you have kids, sit upstairs. Sitting downstairs puts you at risk to the center tables, located in the walkway of the servers and bathroom-goers, and the longer-tenured staff who generally arent as eager to please as the newer folks. All in all, this is a nice friendly place that youll love. Its not any more expensive than anywhere else, and they nail your visit 95% of the time.

A great place to meet up with friends or family with a good variety of choices on the menu. While it does get a big loud when at capacity its still a nice place to chat while you eat. The walls are covered in art that are ready to purchase and they have a few tvs upstairs and downstairs usually playing whatever sport is in season. Elliot Bay has a wide selection of their house beers and a good assortment of bottled beers. Their house beer selection changes with the seasons, but they do have a few that are year round. Id recommend this place to anyone who has not been there yet. Some of my favorites on the menu are the Blackened Ahi Tuna sandwich, the BBQ Burger (great sauce!), the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and the crab cake sandwich. Their happy hour menu sucks in my opinion, the artichoke dip is the only worthwhile item if youre picking from that menu, otherwise just stick with the regular menu for the good stuff.

Nothing wrong with being decent. Go here if you like a wide selection of beer and you like fish and chips. The burgers are decent, but nothing special, much like the beer. I give it 4 stars because its uncommon to have good fish and chips in addition to so much beer selection, so this place is above average in my book. If youre a wine drinker though and want something else to eat that isnt fried, you might see a 2-star rating as more appropriate (like my girlfriend, who doesnt like this place at all).

I hate when I waste my hard earned money. The service was non existent after the initial order taking. She never once asked if we needed/wanted anything else. Did we like our food? No we didnt, but she had no idea. She served people food that came long after us which makes me wonder how timely she entered the ticket. Service is a definite one star, the appetizer was good but the entree lacked in flavor and presentation as well as in temperature. Definitely not worth a repeat visit.

Nothing can beat Elliott Bays service, food, and beer. We come here almost weekly and love that there is always a new beer or special to try. Their burgers are top notch as well, and my girlfriend is a fan of their (free!) veggie, turkey, black bean, and mushroom patty options. One little recommendation: bring back the pork schnitzel! It was a special on the Oktoberfest menu and it was absolutely AMAZING.

A favorite of mine ever since before I officially moved to the PNW. Im a picky eater, but quite uncharacteristically, I have tried almost everything on the menu and absolutely loved it. The No Doubt Stout BBQ Pork Sandwich is my favorite, paired with one of the craft beers, Wolf. This space is cozy and I take all of my friends here. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Keep up the awesome work!

They kind of have to pack people in... I had a nitro stout that was AWESOME! One of the best beers I have had in a while. I had the burger which I thought was fantastic. I have heard that some of their other offerings are not the best. But I didnt have any. So I would grade them an A.

Ok, I havent been to the Elliott Bay Brew Pub in at least seven years. Its comforting to know that good things dont change. The food the beer expecially the stout where stellar! I am very happy and pleased to know that Todd and his crew are still keeping it good very good!

The food was very good and reasonable priced. The beer was excellent-try the ambelic ale(I think thats what it was called) l. A great atmosphere in a neat neighborhood. Service was also wonderful. This was my fiancé and Is first meal in Seattle and it did not disappoint.
