They use frozen patties on their loco moco, the rice tastes bland, and the macaroni salad tasted strange. Their prices are also a little high, although the portions are large. Regardless I would rather have a smaller higher quality portion than the mountain of crap I just ingested. Ive had loco moco in Hawaii and in other Hawaiian restaurants in the U.S., so I know what Im supposed to be eating. How this place stays open is a mystery to me.

I read about this place before landing in SeaTac. Since it was between my hotel and the airport, I gave it a shot. I had the mixed BBQ plate with short ribs. Yes, its pricier than most fast casual places but, you get a lot of food. The flavor and texture reminded me of hibachi. It was so good I recommended to my friends who plan on flying into SeaTac soon. Its less than a mile south of the airport so, its not too far off the beaten path.

food was okay! Service was no good the lady is very rude I order a chicken katsu and beef bbq and the lady was rushing me to finish my order and there was no line. Katsu portion was big and the beef portion they barely gave me any! I will not be returning to this L&L. Very disappointed because I was really looking forward to this plate smh!

Upon receiving my meal, I mentioned that it was wrong. I ordered Shrimp not fish and they refused to give me another meal or apologize for their mistake. I have dietary restriction that allows me not to eat fish, but shellfish is okay. I left with throwing my uneaten meal away. Avoid at all costs

The other reviews were great so I tried it. Food was ok but nothing incredible. However shortly after my dinner I had horrible sudden stomach cramping and illness. It was the only thing Id eaten today and Im pretty disappointed. Hopefully it was just an off day but I wont be trying it again.

I always stop here when Im passing through but today I saw this sign on the door. Seriously? Youre predicting an understaffed condition for weeks at a time? If you dont want to be open until the higher traffic of the dinner hour, just admit it and do away with the games.

I always love going to L&L it is one place that captures my heart the fool reminds me of but Island me and my wife really enjoy yourself when we walk in the door to when we shut the door behind us I really hate leaving all in all it is a beautiful experience thank you

I like their food but lately their hours always different due to short of staff. I was there today and couple times last month and they were closed even the sign stated they suppose to be open for business. So my advice is call before you head out.

Not my first time at L&L but my recent visit was still as good as the first time. Portions are LARGE, so be mindful of that. They never give enough Mac Salad (my favorite part to be honest). Katsu curry was good and the Spam Msubi was good too.

This place is great!!! I always get the same thing BBQ mix plate half BBQ chicken and half short ribs!! Ive eaten here 20 times this year and Im never disappointed. Staff is friendly and the place is clean.

First went to L&L in Hawaii and I fell in love with the food. My favorite dish is the chicken katsu. Their katsu sauce is much different from the rest. L&L is one of my favorite spots to eat

Food poisoning My wife and I had beef and chicken and got sick with 1.5-2 hours. High fever accompanied by nausea and stomach ache. I had to miss 3 days of work and was put on antibiotics.

The family has always enjoyed L&L and their true-to-culture selection of foods. They even carry the Hawaiian canned drinks which can be hard to come by in certain flavors.

Food is not that tasty. Not consistent, some days its too salty. They need to upgrade the plastic ware. You cant even cut through the meat.
