I went to this cart for the first time last Saturday night. I have never felt so unwelcome by a business before. The woman working was extremely rude. She stood there, completely unhelpful in choosing something from the menu and just stared at me and my boyfriend until we ordered. I asked what shed recommend and she replied "um I dont know, its all good." In a very snarky tone. The mac was okay but wasnt what I was looking for. I would go back to try something else but I honestly would never go back while shes working. Worst customer service experience of my life and Im very easy going. A coworker said that he also went earlier that day and felt the same way. Dissappointing! Rude workers ruin good food.

Who wants to read a review that neither praises a beloved cart, nor pans it as horrible tripe? NO ONE! But Ive come here to tell you that just having a cart + Vegan + a traditionally meaty meal aint enough in this town of Vegan pinnacles of food. We had the sampler, so I feel like we got a good range of what this cart has to offer. And it offered, well, food to eat if youre Vegan? I cant think of anything that really popped out at us, beyond vinegar. Even the lemonade seemed an odd pairing with the food choices. They dont take phone orders, which is kinda what I like in my carts, the ability to quickly walk up, pay, and move on. Sometimes, OK is what life gives you. And thats OK. OK? OK.

I am not even vegan and I loved this place. I got the tempeh ribs, the mac-no-cheese, bbq beans, and the Smoked Beyond Chicken. My vegan girlfriend got a mac no cheese burrito. We both agreed my food tasted better. She said hers tasted over smoked". I didnt notice that when I took a bite of her burrito though... There were a few things on my plate that I didnt care for...the tempeh, the hush puppies, and the dipping sauce. I wont dock stars though because taste is subjective. The service was friendly. We went on a weekday around 12:30pm. It wasnt crowded and we found a table to sit.

This place is phenomenal!!! Youll love it even if youre a meat eater. It may very well be the best tasting comfort food anywhere. I rarely give reviews, but I just couldnt pass this up. Usually, meals made with vegan meats and cheeses have at least a little of that funny soy (or whatever it is) taste, but that is not the case here. I dont know what their secret is, but everything is deeeeelicious!!!

Prices have increased while service has decreased. I see you guys have raised the prices of the combo platter to $16 which I sat and considered for quite awhile. Since me and the other people standing outside your cart did not even get a head nod or hello to show you knew we were here I decided to walk on over to a cart that had time to acknowledge us.

BEST FOOD IN PORTLAND, PERIOD. Seriously. Its THAT good. Doesnt matter if youre vegan or a hardcore meat eater, youll love this place. But if youre vegan, its especially incredible since its nothing short of insanely delicious and hearty. Not to mention the folks who run this place are so incredibly kind and generous. A must visit.

I saw this was one of the top 40 vegan food trucks in the USA. Even if this place was not vegan, it would be wonderful! Knowing no animals were killed for the fantastic savory mall makes all the better! I had the combo plate, which if to much food for one. If you get the combo, share it. :-). You definitely need to go.

Huge, filling portions. Solid flavors and seasoning that arent just tossed in to make it "taste like meat". No nut/seed ingredients on the main menu! That is a huge deal and incredibly hard to find in the vegan world. Even our midwestern, farm-raised, septuagenarian relatives approve!

Awesome vegan food! I dont like slaw, but theirs is delicious. I had the Slosmomofo sandwich amd buff burrito so far but I will be back to cover their entire menu. The burrito was beyond delicious, every bite was pure pleasure

Everything we tasted was delicious and fresh! Think: 31 Flavors, but for Vegetarian food. We got samples so we could pick the items we loved. Make sure you come with a friend so you can share the many dishes offered.

We go here every week for the delicious tempeh or field roast burger with mac and cheese on top, and side of sweet potato fries. Then we take our food inside of Prost for a tall glass of German beer.

Unbelievable! I had the Mac Daddy (pictured) and I was blown away. It was so filling and so tasty! Whenever I am lucky enough to return to Portland this will be my first stop.
