Wow, now that was a sandwich!! (Note this food shack is actually closer to the sky tram station in front of the big yellowish crane with several other shacks) Very well done guys - with a little wait, me and my kids got a wonderful sandwich with chips for 8-10 bucks that was built on a yummy bun and incredibly thick and juicy. I recommend the Maui which is sweet and juicy with some pineapple and some veggies layered in there. On the menu is a Classic and a Volcano also. Theres a row of picnic tables and a few umbrellas to escape the sun. One sandwich is a filler for sure. Great spot to stop after a walk over the new bridge.

Thought I was going to another food truck. He offered a sample of the pulled pork and I was blown away. Ended up getting the Volcano sandwich - highly recommend, an interesting blend of sweet and spicy. And the bun - amazing quality!
