A smaller L&L with seating for about 20 people. It is located on the east side of Tacoma Mall. The entrance is on the outside only. The menu has all the basics that one expects at a Hawaiian plate lunch place and they are done well: Loco Moco, Spam Musubi, All meats bbq, Saimin, Kahlua Pork, fish, etc... No, its not the best ever, ever in the world...but its solid when you need a fix.

No nonsense Hawaiian food. My husband and I always chose the BBQ mixed grill plate, the Lau Lau/ Kalua pork plate, and a spam musubi (spam sushi) to share. Plates come with two large scoops of rice and macaroni salad. Im not a fan of macaroni salad but I lick my box after Im done with theirs. We always get L&L when out of town guests visit.

Its one of those *Must try places* because once you try their food you will not be disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the food portions are great, you will be full by the end of the meal. Bottom line, if you like BBQ and what to try something new, go in and have a taste of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. it a must not miss !!!!

Looking for good food L&L Hawaiian barbecue is where you want to go for real there food is amazing and for me personally it reminds me of home. My family loves there food they also have a great group of people that work there from the cashiers to the cooks ccccchhhhheeeeoooo

good tasting meat. garbage service. stupid attitude having employees stared at me while ordering not saying anything. did not give me sauce noticed when i got home. had to eat everything dry. will never be back

Great tasting food. There is a very large variety in the menu. Its not very expensive and has a family friendly atmosphere. The customer service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend you try it!

Pretty good food. Highly recommend the pork dishes. The Katsu chicken had too much breading and fat for my taste. Great macaroni salad comes with the plates.

My work shares a back hall with this restaurant and they honestly have the CLEANEST backroom and pantry Ive ever seen in a restaurant. Great place.
