This was the worst place I ever been to and to think it was my first time. I went for a friends party now she reserved a room with 2 waitresses for our big party. When we got there the room was not ready and not only that we did not get 2 waitress. The one waitress they gave us had to share with a big party that walked in. So between us randomly trying to figure out who was taking our order and who was getting our drinks, Food took forever. The worst part is I ordered my food and never received it. When I told him to cancel the order because we were leaving the waitress said no problem. I never got an apology or can I get you something quicker or can I go check on it. We had a party of 20 and we still tipped him and everything but I was the one person that sat there while everyone ate and all he can say is No Problem. This was the worst experience I rather go to McDonalds to get treated like this. Why call to reserve a room and waitress just to get treated like we just walked in. Those that walked in that day probably got better service then us because they got our waitress and I forgot to say sometimes they would being in the wrong food because he was working 2 tables. This restaurant is not on my top to go to EVER AGAIN and if I could give it negative stars I would. But for sure I am telling everyone about this experience.

Its been a few months since our first And last visit. We were very excited to have date night and try something new. The service was less than par unfortunately. It had the potential to be a new place for us but there was a mess up with the order. I had my food and my husband had to wait a while, for his to be fixed. Our drinks we not replenished,we were not checked in on, and i had to eventually go find someone to tell them to get our server, that we needed our check and boxes. This was after we waited at least 20 min for the check, and a good 35 min or so since anyone even asked how we were doing, or filled our glasses. Another girl was training one and i guess the trainee left, so the trainer, forgot about us. We got an apology from her and the check. Full price and that was that. Left a very bitter taste in our mouth about going back. The atmosphere itself was really cool. Just horrible service. I saw something about a groupon going around, which reminded me, that i never told you guys about our experience. It was not amazing at all. I tried to post this on their comments section numerous times, and no matter what i dif to fix it, it said security error. So i gave up and will post here.

2.5 Ill try to average my thoughts. This was mid day during the week so not overly crowded. 1- Had to wait several minutes while the cashier seated us. **** 2- Wide open, no booths to speak of.*** 3- Kind of noisy. Radio was obtrusive, playing crappy songs while all the TVs were on. Extremely busy feeling while everyone talked loud to get over the loud radio.* 4- Clean.***** 5- I had the Hawaiian burger and french fries. The burger was average*** and the fries were gross. Nasty.* 6- Wife had club sandwich and also fries. Club sandwich was salty*** and the fries tasted like frozen/microwaves fries.* 7- We each had water. The water was also nasty.* 8- Everyone had metal pins sticking out their face and nose. Gross. What if a tongue ring or a nose ring fell off.* 9- Expensive for what you get. $29.00. Just the food and nothing to drink except nasty water. I thought that was about $7.00 to $10.00 too high compared to other places. And the food wasnt all that good.** 10- Service was average. Employees were polite.***** Thats 30 stars out of 12 things I rated on. Thats an average of 2.5.

I ordered the twelve dollar bacon burger (medium) with "Jos" and my husband ordered the thirteen dollar ranch burger (rare). When the food came out I noticed that I had what looked like steak fries, but they were confirmed as Jos. Note to everyone who goes here: Youll get glorified steak fries, not Jos. My burger was cooked well done instead of medium. My husbands burger was also cooked well done instead of rare, and the egg that comes on it was cooked over hard, not over easy, as any burger with an egg should be. The burgers are okay, but not worth the price. We can get better burgers, cooked right, with better service, for cheaper somewhere else. As far as the service, minimal conversation was had with the staff, who cared more about chatting loudly about their personal lives, while we waited for them to pick up the check. We wanted to try it out and see if we should bring my in-laws when they visit from Michigan tomorrow. We have decided that there are better establishments than this one. I was wondering why they werent busy at 7pm. Now I know why.

Judging from the reviews, this place is hit or miss! Friends took me there for my birthday. Was greeted and seated quickly. So far, so good. Sat in the very spacious bar area. Drink and food orders were taken quickly. Dont normally order BBQ, but the BBQ Burger was extremely good. The quality of the beef and the buns they use... delicious. The only negative I have would be, that for the price, you pay for a lot of filler. To make the plates look worth the price, they overload with fries, or onion rings, etc... way to much to eat, for most, and something that gets tossed in the garbage. I hate this kind of waste! Maybe scale the price and portions back just a hair... I would gladly pay $9 or $10 for a good burger, with less plate fillers and not have to think about how much food is probably wasted... just sayin... But the burger was sooo goood...

Have been here to the Bobs Burgers & Brew in Puyallup on Meridian and the burgers have always been amazing! I usually order Chicken burgers from Red Robin, as I am not too fond of hamburgers, but this place has blown it out of the park all 4 times I have been here. I pretty much always get the Bobs Bonanza Burger and my husband tries different burgers every time. So far his favorite is the Western Bar-B-Q! They pile on the joe joes and give you way more food then you can possibly eat, especially the Bonanza! Friendly helpful staff and great customer service. If something isnt right, they will make it right, right away... Not sure how someone would not enjoy this place, but we love it every time! A+ Give them a try and make up your own mind... Would give zero if possible. Very poor service and food not very good. They messed up my burger by bringing it out first with no patty, then brought new one but not the way it was ordered originally (no sauce). They tried to compensate by giving us a coupon for free appetizer and a random plate of onion rings that we neither asked for nor wanted. No real attempt at apologizing or ensuring that we were happy. Other issues with food quality such as wilted lettuce, limp and unsalted fries, poor guacamole, and thin, wet and chewy bacon. On the menu it states that there food is provided by Hormel, I shouldnt have been surprised at the lack of quality. Also very disappointed with server who did not earn her tip. Would not recommend eating here, there are better places for burgers and brews.
